Schrader's employees are the best. They are helpful, honest and patient when questions are asked. They get the job done and work with your budget. My mother found them first. A great local garage! It is so nice and convenient to have an easy to schedule, affordable garage right here in the south wedge. I have been getting my vehicles serviced here for 4 years now and have never had any service issues. The staff are helpful and welcoming. Schraders is way nicer than trekking out to the suburbs to get ripped off by the dealership

First time coming here, Schrader's has blown my expectations through the roof. Their quoted (and actual) price beat several other local standbys and in addition to a detailed phone call I got an online report with pictures and details showing everything they noticed, serviced, or recommended monitoring on the car. Will absolutely be back.

Not the cheapest, but definitely the best. Worth paying for. Plus they will tell you if it’s worth getting the work done or not. aka, they are HONEST. Rare thing in automotive repair.

We’ve never had a mechanic as good as Schraeders. Reasonable prices, highly communicative, customer service is fantastic, incredibly knowledgeable and technical skills are excellent. Cannot recommend them enough.

Great folks at Schrader's Garage. Love the reports, complete with pictures, of what they find on your vehicle that needs to be addressed, or can wait. They are willing to explain and don't make you feel stupid. Felt their prices were reasonable as well. They also completed my vehicle ahead of schedule.

I was told by Schrader's that a car repair would be $1600. I went to a different auto shop and was told the same exact repair would cost $725. That's robbery my friends.

Excellent locally owned shop. Thorough car inspection with detailed notes and pictures, which was also sent to my phone so I could review at any time. Knowledgeable mechanics who actually care about the products they recommend, and actually personally using what they recommend. I've been disappointed with my dealer service center experience recently, and I will be choosing Schraders from now on.

I am from out of town and my daughter goes to St John Fisher College. She was having car troubles, and she took her car to Schrader's Garage. A 21 yr old college student walked in not knowing what to ask because she does not know too much about cars. They stopped what they were doing, were very polite and took a minute to take a look at her car. She left the car overnight so they could do a thorough inspection the next day of what could be wrong. Dan reached out to my daughter the next day and texted her pictures of what they found that was causing the problem. She was then able to pass that information back to me in Buffalo, NY. Dan and I then talked about it and came up with a solution. I can't thank Dan and his team enough over at Schrader's Garage for all their help. They were very honest all the way through, and we had a great experience working with them. So, if you have a student with a car at college and don't know where to take it if it needs service, I recommend they bring it to Dan and his team.

I've been taking my car here for about 5 years, and I could not be happier! Not only is Schrader's reliable, efficient, and trustworthy - they also communicate transparently through the whole process - repairs, pricing, inspections, preventative measures, billing, etc. It's so nice knowing I can trust anyone on the staff to take great care of my car. (Plus, if you're like me and know next to nothing about how cars work (lol) they explain everything really clearly in a way that is understandable without being condescending.)

Schrader provides reputable service and quality repair, and they have earned themselves a customer for life. Not only do they properly troubleshoot and diagnosis the issue you are experiencing with your vehicle, but they will also talk to you about the issue. I initially took my car to West Herr Ford, close to work, to have them look at my Fusion due to me experiencing a vibration/jolting feeling while maintaining highway speed. West Herr came back to me saying that my torque converter was cycling on/off and main support was bad. Recommendation being a new transmission, $5-6k replacement. Opted to get a second opinion with Schrader, whom I've had service my vehicle before. They conducted a thorough investigation and determined that a misfire in cylinder 2 was occurring. Ultimately a fuel injector was replaced, among other components, and my car is back to normal. I called West Herr to discuss there findings some more, and was basically told that the onus was on me because I mentioned transmission, so therefore they investigate linearly and nothing else. Glad I got a second opinion, as a transmission replacement would A not fix the issue, and B due to the age and mileage of the vehicle I would've most likely sought the purchase of another vehicle instead.
