Scott’s Auto and Service was excellent. I brought my 4RUNNER to Scott’s for a brake & rotor replacement along with new OEM calipers. Prior to Scott’s I have always done service regularly at the dealership and I keep my 4RUNNER in pristine condition. After replacement, due to a manufacturing issue in one of the brake pads a rock got caught in the brake pad and needed to be replaced along with the rotor. Upon notifying the shop of this issue, they immediately replaced the affected brake pad and rotor the next day. Since it was a manufacturer issue, the pad and rotor were replaced under warranty completely free of charge to me. The shop even went above and beyond, detailing and polishing the paint work, running boards, and wheels on the affected side as the faulty brake pad caused metal brake dust to go onto my wheels and bodywork. Scott’s did this detailing out of pocket as well, since it was due to a manufacturing issue in the brake pad. Scott’s Auto and Service taking care of my truck like this even when it was not their fault shows their commitment to quality and customer service. Their commitment to quality and them going above and beyond in their service means alot to me personally as I have put lots of work and effort into keeping my 4RUNNER in pristine condition. My 4RUNNER was very well taken care of at Scott’s and I have put a few thousand miles on it along with some off-roading since with no issues at all. The new brakes and calipers look and feel great and I can certainly say that my 4RUNNER left Scott’s Auto and Service looking and feeling better than when I had brought into the shop. Scott’s Auto and Service did a great job providing excellent, quality work at a fair price. In addition to that Scott was very punctual, professional and did not cut any corners at all. I will definitely be taking my 4RUNNER to Scott’s Auto and Service again and I would definitely recommend Scott’s to anyone who values quality work and who wants the job done correctly in a professional manner. My only regret in writing this review is that I cannot rate 6 stars instead of 5 as the service that I received deserves 6 stars. Thank you again for the great work!

Scott & his employees went above & beyond repairing my 2008 Chevrolet Silverado. I had a few issues regarding the trucks engine & suspension. I was quite wary of letting this new, young company take care of my truck & getting it back on the road, working properly again. I was proven wrong, as Scott's team diagnosed my issues & kept me 100% in the loop, within 2 hours of my trucks drop off. I knew as soon as I dropped it off, this would be a great experience as I was met by 2 friendly guys, Scott and one of his employees, who handled this project very professionally & courteously. They made sure I approved every part they ordered, installed & gave me precise estimates on labor time. My final bill was actually $50 cheaper than my estimate, and I was given a discount for being a military service member. All in all, this was a hit out of the park experience. I highly recommend Scott & his crew to anybody needing automotive services. Thank you Scott's Auto & Service.
