Two and a half years I had a month long wait for a rep;aced fly wheel and clutch. It was terribly long to wait but the mechanic did a fine job. I happened to notice there were no flowers in the outdoor flower bed. "We'll take care of that the secretary coordinator said. When 2 years later the Mobile stopped all gas sale for the remodel . I happened to try gasoline only . I saw the secretary coordinator and was so surprised by all the flowers in the box I said "Oh, your flowers!" I never saw someone so quick to look down the nose at me. She only stopped her disrespectful discouraging look when I held up my $20 bill for gas. If I can Possibly help it I will never go back there with such a snobby coordinator. Nothing new.

I cannot recommend Scotty's enough. As a student there is a student discount, and consistently Paulie gives me some of the best prices with the best service. My current car is very sentimental and he is always helping me what is most economical. My car just got taken in for a tune up of something near the front right tire and because it was a part that they had installed, they fixed it free of charge. Absolutely amazing. If you go anywhere go here!!

Just had a great experience here getting a tire changed. I was in a pinch and they were happy to fit me in and get it done super fast. I have lots of friends and neighbors that love these guys too.

They did a fantastic job changing my snow tires over to regular tires. No problems and all of the tire pressure was right the first time, and has remained so. Very helpful staff and the turnaround time was great.

They very kindly helped me to remove my old license plate (it was stuck). Even though there was only one mechanic working there on Saturday morning, he took a few minutes out of his busy day to help me.

Went to get my alternator installed did a good job on that but beside that they forgot to clamp my coolant hose down and was spewing out of the hose and had to pay $150, I have tried reaching out multiple times and they told me multiple times the boss was in and would tell him to give me a call and never did multiple times very unprofessional not happy with the customer service.

Great hours. Prompt service. We dropped our car off for a noise and within 48 hours they had replaced the brakes, rear wheel bearing l, and drained some stuff.. Felt the prices were high but not unreasonable.

drove an hour from Honeoye because my mechanic isn’t open on the weekends and since i work a 9-5 i rely on later hours. i’m having an insistent problem with my engine light and my car overheating, so battled that the whole way… when i pulled up at 4:45pm they were closed. apparently they closed at 3pm instead of 7 like their listed hours. the guy was super disinterested in helping or talking either. i get he wants to likely get home to his family, but now i may not make it home without triple A. Happy Holidays!!
