I HAVE GONE TO THIS LOCATION FOR MORE THAN 15 YEARS, I DONT LIVE THAT CLOSE BY ANYMORE, BUT I STILL COME HERE, CLYDE AND THE FELLAS HERE ARE PERSONABLE, FRIENDLY, EXPERIENCED, HELPFUL, AND VERY RESPECTFUL!! THEY ALWAYS TAKE TIME TO ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS AND THEY DO IT WITH A SMILE! 😊 GOOD HELP IS HARD TO FIND, KEEP THIS MAN ON YOUR TEAM, HE REPRESENTS YOUR COMPANY WELL!!😉👍⭐️

Rude people and when I told corporate he was rude too I recommended this place to people and they spit in my face 2 times and done nothing about it. Highly recommend some where else. They unplug stuff under the hood to do jobs and blame you for it For example: they unplugged a vacuum hose and blamed me when I never even done nothing under this hood ever in my life. Makes me look bad in front of my girlfriend. Welp I won’t be recommending or coming back the customer service said stay away from are location. They need get there facts a stuff together. This place will make you take off of work and have to go to another appointment cause of something they’ve done. ✅ On top of it they said my oil was still dirt after changing it. ($70). 🤷‍♂️ we paid

Scammed me, tried to convince me that I had a problem with my car when I only went in for an oil change. I told them that my car was fine (Im a mechanic, just didnt have time to change the oil). THE NEXT DAY, my car started acting up. Turns out they loosened my transmission fluid drain plug, so that it would slow leak. Thankfully all I had to do was tighten it and refill my fluid, but if I was less experienced, this could have cost me thousands of dollars. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS go down the road and give your business to literally anyone else. These filthy scammers need to be shut down, will be reporting them to the BBB.

Went for oil change and they wanted to do a transmission fluid change as well. I told them I wasn’t interested. When I went and checked the transmission fluid was leaking because they didn’t tighten the CVT plug back up

Paid for a car wash today and 6 minutes later I get a text saying my transaction at this car wash was declined because the wrong verification code was used. Not sure why my card was even attempted to be used again 6 min after the wash was paid for. I don't trust anyone walking off with my card with all the scams going on. Should have stopped the worker as soon as I noticed he had to walk my card inside to pay. Never again

Where do I start. The boys in the oil change side are a well oiled machine. Tommy and Clyde are a few names I caught on their shirt. These boys hustle hard. They work together and process cars fast. When you are here it is professional and friendly. Great job Boys. 👍👍

I recommend this location 100% fair and honest people .. plus they will be servicing my transmission and already did my air cabin filter and engine filter .. cheap prices but not cheap work ..

Better wash then 28th Capitol. Better machines. Oil change full service. Machines don't scratch your car like on the North side. Mee and my Wife have scratches due to wash on Capitol Street 🤨

During my last visit I was told that my oil was dirty and I should have it flushed and replaced. Pretty sure this is a scam. Looks like they have new workers or maybe new policies regarding upselling. I will not be returning. Just don't trust this place anymore. 🤨

Need to fix the scrubbers in the wash it does not wash my truck correctly leaves dirt so i have to aither go around second time or hand wash it my self other than that no problems
