Your technician should volunteer any issues with any service provided if any, I got a wheel balance with your newest equipment, he turned in the car ,I had to ask if he found anything in which he stated that one of my rims was bent. Also This should have been noted somewhere on the paperwork that the balancing wasn't right. It seems that just to complete the job is the purpose and not to address all or any issues.

I accidentally turned into SD Tire & Wheel Outlet by mistake. I thought I was at Discount Tires which is on the other side of the lot. It was the best mistake I could have made. I was assured that I would be taken care of & not to worry & they were true to their word. I cannot express the level of professional & customer service that I received from Manny & Ruben. The Honda dealership said there was nothing wrong with the tire even though it continued to leak air & the tire light remained on. Manny & Ruben immediately found a nail in the tire & repaired it for free. Thank you for your outstanding customer service!

One of my passenger wheels had a damaged valve stem. The gentlemen at SD & Tire Outlet were able to fix it quickly and at a very, very reasonable price. This place EASILY gets five stars.

I had needed some special tires mounted and discount tires removed my dog$#&t tire off after they said no problem mounting the new tires I had with me.... Long story short! Had wasted 3 hours! Just to have them remount my old tire... and tell me sorry 😤 Called SD Tires. I stopped by and left with the tires on my truck, that discount tire FAILED TO MOUNT! THANK YOU SD TIRES FOR MAKING $#%! HAPPEN!

They gave me a great price on 4 tires and I went ahead and purchased them. Went back today to get a tire rotation and they were able to knock it out in an hour. Dorian was really nice and assisted me in putting on a new back windshield wiper that I purchased. He was awesome!
