Not good, not even close. Below is a copy of the email I sent after finally getting "most" of my problems resolved locally, the only consideration I received was a "sorry for the inconvenience" and a $19.99 refund on the lug nuts I ordered that turned out to be the wrong size (they allowed me to keep them but since I have no use for them, I'll donate them to the shop that helped me finally get the truck where I could drive in something other than a straight line.) ----------------------------- I wanted to wait until I got all the issues I've experienced resolved before I responded. I can't begin to express what a disappointment it has been doing business with your organization. Based on the name, Tire and Wheel Guys, I made a lot of incorrect assumptions. Since you had the year and model of my truck, I depended on you to help me choose tires and wheels that would actually fit, what I got was a set that would not clear the front wheel wells and not 1 but 2 sets of lug nuts that would not fit. I spent $44+ on a set of 20 lug nuts and the shop found 4 more at the shop that would work. Mismatched. Then the wheels and tires were mounted; which means I couldn't return them, and we realized they scrubbed a LOT on even minor turns. Not wanting to cut into the body, I'm now out another $1277.00 for a 3" lift kit including installation and we still had to trim a couple of areas under the wheel well. The clearance at its closest point is a mere 1/2". The tire pressure for these tires is not what the stock tires run. The TPS setup is working but provides a constant warning light because at 40psi, it's about 25-30 psi lower than what the computer is looking for. I'll be doing some research to see if there are any options for resolving that. Maybe take this information to help someone else with an XD because I think I may have experienced everything that could possibly go wrong with this transaction. -----------------------------...now another issue has surfaced. My vehicle, which SDWD confirmed through a phone call, is a Titan XD. I was sold tires that were under-rated for the truck's towing and hauling design. The XD uses "E" rated tires that hold 60 psi +/-, what I received will hold about 40 psi significantly reducing the ability of the truck's designed functionality. I sent the above email on 4/26 and now it's May 2nd. I've heard nothing. So, be very aware that YOU need to do your homework and confirm fitment, clearance, tire ratings (speed/weight) elsewhere before placing an order.

Don't use this company or their lower affiliate Factory Style Wheels. Ordered a set of wheels that they claimed would fit my 2005 Dodge Magnum. Ordered the wheels only to discover that they do not fit flush under the fender and require spacers (1.5inch to be exact) to be ran on my very stock setup in order to clear the knuckle (fronts) and fender liner(rears). All of this information was immediately told to SDWT and their rep Mark Sandoval to be exact to remedy the situation. SDWT claimed the wheels should fit without spacers, refused to take them back in pre-fitment and to seek a second opinion with another installer. Had another shop do the second opinion who reviewed the specs and guess what...SDWT sold me Widebody wheels that were not meant for a non-widebody. Avoid this company because clearly they don't know the correct fitments and will give you the run around when you reach back out to them to let them know of the issue. I was forced to keep the wheels that sit out nearly 2 inches beyond the fender. A monster truck setup was not the look I was trying to achieve on a wagon...

Outstanding wheel and tire combination package. Nader was incredibly helpful and took the time to research every detail of the 20" wheels and tires I wanted for my daughter's Audi convertible down to the Tire Pressure Monitor System, spacing, optimal sizing and even the lug nuts! Their pricing is the best in the country if you're looking for performance wheels and tires to upgrade on your vehicle. I searched all over for several weeks before deciding to try these guys. I am super happy to say I made a good purchase decision. It took a couple days to get fully comfortable and work out all the details but Nader was patient and followed up several times. I highly recommended! Update: I recieved my wheels. They were in perfect condition. Mounted, high speed balanced and even had proper tire pressure. Nader even included adapters so I could replace the centercap's with the factory AUDI logo'd wheel caps on my new wheels. When I first saw them I was very worried about clearance. Once mounted they fit perfectly. Exactly as they said they would. These wheels and tires perform outstanding. Smooth to 130mph, better handling, better braking, better tracking and these combos are lighter than the factory set so slightly better acceleration. We could not be more excited with the look and happy with this purchase. (I was very nervous about this purchase.) It has also improved the looks dramatically. My daughter has said, and I agree, it's like getting a new car. Admittedly, her existing wheels and tires had dings and needed replacing possibly making this upgrade to performance and smooth ride more exaggerated but it does perform better than the day we purchased it new. Saw SDTW on eBay. Contacted the store & right away they hooked me up with exactly what I wanted. Overall really happy with the service and shipment. They shipped it to Canada, Toronto.

I bought a set of wheels for my X5, waited about a week and a half to get them, upon opening the boxes two of the wheels were scuffed and scratched. I called in the employees tried to discourage me from sending them in saying the edge of the tires would cover the scratches, well the marks were on the outside of the rim on the spokes so that is impossible. Then, they tried to offer me 40 off on each wheel so I can get them fixed on my own then began telling me how they are making no money on the wheels already.. which is clearly not my problem. After a few more back and forth calls they finally agreed to swap out the wheels. I was advised as per their company policy they want put a $145.00 hold per wheel on your credit card to send you replacements. I opted to make sure they get my old wheels first before they send me new ones. Three weeks went by after I got the new wheels.. I put them on and roughly 2 weeks later my tire pressure light comes on. I thought I had a nail in my tire but I didn't see anything. I took the wheel off and dunked in it a dunk tank only to see a small hole in the rim behind the spokes. I then called SDTW wheels back to be put on hold multiple times as someone is to figure out how they will help me.. I was told I would receive a call back regarding the issue, but as one can expect I never received a call. I sent them pictures in email then they said "well, that can be repaired" again trying to discourage me from getting a replacement. I went back and forth with all 3 employees that answer the phone at this facility. I told them although it could be repaired I want a replacement wheel since this rim is "new." Manny, Hector or Nader whoever I spoke to said the wheel they were going to send me was bent and they do not have anymore. So I had to wait roughly another 3 days then called back because again they do not return phone calls. I called later and they had a new wheel, however they told me they needed to charge me the $145.00. I spoke to the guys there and explained al I have been through but they were unwilling to help in waiving the fee. I was advised to send the old wheel in to avoid the charge but I don't have a spare tire and my car like most cars requires 4 wheels to move not 3. I agreed to pay the $145.00 but asked nicely if they could expedite the shipping because I have to put air in my tire once every 2 days and my TPMS light is constantly on. Manny said "I will see what I can do." I called the next day asking the same thing.. I spoke to someone else again "I will see what I can do." I then received a tracking number only to see it would take 7 days to get to me going over a weekend when I asked several times to have it by Friday. I was told it was expedited ground delivery.. I am not sure that even exists.. To sum up my experience, the employees do answer the phone to assist you but you will spend a lot of time on hold listening to their recording saying how great the customer service is and how their BBB rating is so good.. They also claim they spoke to their manager about faster shipping to me and I guess that was denied.. Given my history with this company one would think a manager would step up to help a customer out.. This is not the case here. I would not recommend anyone to buy wheels from this company.

First, Wheels were delivered with scuff marks. Yes, they reimbursed me $75.00 for damage and delay in delivery. Psssh. Wheels delivered separately and with the wrong wheel caps. I Have been trying so hard to coordinate with them to send the caps that I ordered. Each time I meet with negative results. It has been 3 months! I Learned my lesson and will never purchase wheels online ever again.

In the automotive industry many times I'll work with a company on setting up and order and will feel like my sales men doesn't care. I'll get that, "this guy has no idea what he's talking about" feeling. When in reality, I've been around the block plenty of times. With SDTW I never felt like I was anything less than an equal when setting up my wheel order. My questions were answered quickly and patiently, my service rep was kind and understanding, and they allowed me to meet my design/build needs for my car. That's A+ service to me. Shipping was way faster than expected, arriving 2 days after order was placed and payment sent. Everything came packaged very well and setup to my specifications we agreed upon. All and all very satisfied customer here and will do repeat business for my vehicles! Highly recommended!
