It's very difficult if not impossible to find an honest, straight talking, reasonably priced, professional automotive service that is such a desirable alternative to the "dealership" "service". Since 2009, I have found and have continued to be highly satisfied with SE Automotive service. I have recommended SE Automotive to my friends and recommend them to anyone in need of car maintenance or repair service.

Omg!! Amazing! Sam and Jeremy are absolutely amazing people!! ( The rest of the staff are fantastic too) I had an emergency with my SUV called Sam up on a friend's recommendation, and he got me in the next day. Dropped my SUV off at 8 am. and was ready by 3 pm. From AC moder being replaced to oil change, back breaks change, and a couple of things that I asked to be checked. Very very very affordable! When I left the lot it felt like I was driving a new SUV. Highly recommend this place. Thank you all!!

1000% take your car to SE Automotive. This place was recommended to me by someone on my local community Facebook group after another mechanic couldn’t figure out the issue with my car (I have an old 2003 Volvo V40). However, Sam was able to diagnose the issue and gave me what I feel was a fair price. I’ve brought my car in a couple of times since then, and they have always been courteous and helpful. They have never made me feel silly and have never talked down to me, which can be common as a female going into shops. They are very informative, straightforward, transparent and never try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. As a single mom on a budget, I can’t tell you how happy I am to have found a mechanic I know I can trust.

Sam and his team are amazing people! They are superb at what they do and they aren't there to scam you out of your money like some auto shops. My grandma, her husband, my mom, and I all trust our cars with this business.

WOW just WOW! I have found my new mechanic! First time visiting Sam and what a terrific visit. While I was there I met a lady that has been going to Sam for years and loves him because he is fair and treats his customers really well! I experienced this and MORE in my first visit to Sam! We ran into an issues, but Sam was on it and went OVER and beyond the call of duty and took care of us! THANK YOU SAM. We love you (literally)!

I was driving through the area when my Check Engine light came on. I stopped in to the nearest automotive place I came across. The owner told me they don't work on my type of vehicle and that I should go to SE Automotive. I did, and it was a great experience. Sam took my vehicle in, and a few hours later it was all fixed. SE Automotive will get all my business from now on. Thanks!

Sam and his team are the best! They exude expertise, explain & illustrate what the trouble is excellently. They will go the extra mile. Like using a camera with a microscopic probe to dive down into my engine & allow me to see the part that needed to be replaced and why. Sam is personable, compassionate and attentive to his clients concerns. My experience with SE Automotive was as if my big brother owned the shop.

I don’t use any mechanics near me. I drive 30 minutes away just to get my car looked at by these men because they are so professional and reliable and they helped me out a lot. just for instants today is Friday they close at 5 PM. I didn’t get there until 510 and he had no problem telling me to pop my hood open.

Normally, I don’t leave reviews. However, this establishment deserves more recognition! I recently had my car serviced for an oil change and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Sam was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and he went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was in top-notch condition. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the prices were fair. I appreciate the honesty and transparency he provided throughout the process. I highly recommend this mechanic shop to anyone in need of automotive services. They've earned every one of these 5 stars!

Today was my 1st day Meeting the head guy Sam. And I will definitely say that he earned a LIFETIME customer out of me on 1st impression.. My dealership two weeks ago sent me a list of stuff that needed "immediate attention" to be fixed on my car and one of them included four new brakes and two front rotor changes (an easy 800+ bucks that this place could have made off me). Needless to say the dealership lied on the diagnostic check because when I took it to Sam here at SE he called me and told me that I don't need any of those things when he could have easily lied and agreed with them and made money off me like The dealership was trying to charge me 800 bucks for something I didn't even need. Sam was very honest and upfront with me just meeting me for the first time and told me that I didn't need any of those things and that there wasn't even a scratch on my rotors. So I had him change my engine air filters today and I tipped him just for being an honest and upfront human being when he could have been slimy like The dealership. I definitely recommend this place ask for Sam! He's a great man & owner! Ps - If it's something that he can't handle he's quick to refer you to someone else who can!

GOOD AND HONEST people. I took my car in for brake service thinking that it needed new pads given the high mileage. No sir, all is good! I was told to continue driving it as all was good with the car and pads did not need replacement.
