I was having trouble with my car over heating and Rico came straight out within an hour same night to take a look and tell me exactly why my car was possibly overheating. This is my first encounter with him I did not know anybody in the area and I found him online. He was very quick and almost immediately recognized that my issue was my thermostat went out. Not only that Rico will fix your issue but also gives you knowledge on other things he notices. He answered any question I had and even took initiative to make sure I understood fully. We set a day and time and he let me know he travels I personally was 30 mins away. he came on that day on time and replaced it. It did not take long at all. I would 100% recommend him and I will be calling him anytime anything else happens.

Rico came out to me in the morning and quickly changed my oil. When I called to get info from him, he was very knowledgeable in my specific situation. I had accidentally put too much oil in my car and it was smoking and he knew exactly what to do. I liked how I didn’t have to drive out somewhere because he drove to me. I think I found my mechanic that I can trust and stick with now that I moved to Charlotte.

A peaceful experience is always an amazing experience. I wanted to point out that RICO communication is hands down the best customer service I’ve receive in a long time . It amazes me how knowledgeable and experience rico is with cars / trucks . My issue seem so major and of course he calm me down a reassure that the job could be down and very very very much affordable. I haven’t had NO issue and looking forward to having more work and booking RICO of course . Thank you so much . RICO fix my vavle cover gasket’s & tighten my spark plugs , also a major plus was able to fill air in my tires . The best mobile mechanic in the Carolina’s thank you again . The photos mainly show the damages that he is fixing the blue iteam is the new valve cover gasket’s he is replacing

I am a b-tech mechanic and was in search of torque specs for two days. I called this shop and within three minutes I received all the information I need definitely recommend for straight up answers to questions.

I call this young guy to fix my exhaust. I inform him that I had a bad resonator and I wanted to scrap the resonator and weld the muffler and add more pipe to the end of it. Once I reviewed his work I found out that he left the muffler off and slid some pipe on only. Than 5 days later it came off. The exact same part that he welded. He said he can come bcak out maybe in a couple days but no guarantee leaving me without transportation to and from work. This could have got real ugly but we'll settle with warning the people about the lack of understanding and poor communication which reflects in his craftsmanship..AVOID AVOID AVOID You best to try precision auto tune or auto shop that has a warranty.

I schedule appointment with him to get my under lights on my car and when I called him he rescheduled for another day at another time so when the date and time came he said he don't know he'll give me a call but it's not going to be at 1:00. He is not reliable, please find somebody else very reliable and honor they word.

Looking to do a brake upgrade on Kia stinger, Rico has been exceptional in taking all of the stress of finding parts, contacting manufactures, and even emailing retailers to get discounts. He has opened my eyes to what customer service truly is. No better customer service than that.

Rico did awesome work for me. Probably the best mechanic I've ever met and he was even able to come to me. I had a bad starter and showed up just a few hours after I called him and had me back on the road in half an hour. He definitely knows his stuff, he's fast, and his pricing is super reasonable. He's absolutely gonna be the first call I make for any car trouble I ever have in the future.

At first I didn't know he was a mobile mechanic which. I was hesitant at first knowing that it can be expensive to have one come but overall it was best choice I made. I didn't have to worry about if my kids are going to be running around a lobby or if they were going to be screaming. Affordable, communication was great, and time spent on doing the oil change was very fast. Definitely will be contacting for future needs.

Rico is such a sweet guy and is so smart! I have a Camaro and he was so helpful in determining the reason for my steering issues and replacing the required parts. He is very helpful and helped do lots of research recommending what parts I needed, and brainstorming future ideas of improvement! So relieved to have found a reliable mechanic in charlotte that I trust with my car.

Quick, reliable help when I needed it on my trip. I am not from the area, and I knew I needed my spark plugs changed, and I had many more miles before my destination and Rico helped tremendously. Other shops were wanting to check things I already knew were wrong with my car, and weren't listening to me when I was saying I just needed this one thing. My car just needed to go where I was going, and I could worry about the rest when I get there. Rico understood where I was coming from and did just what I needed and even made some suggestions as to what I could do to make it last a bit longer. My home mechanic wasn't even telling me that, so thank you a bunch!! I also want to mention that as a woman traveling alone, going to a small business mechanic can be intimidating. But I felt safe going to him. No worries at all, and that says a lot. He even offered to travel to me if I was stuck on the side of the road. Total sweetheart. 10/10 would go to again.

We were on a road trip from Florida from Pennsylvania and our car started acting up. It was on a Sunday and we called to see if we could take our car to Se7en he told us he has moved to Charlotte but he DID take the time to ask what was going on and offered his advice to us in our time of need. The world needs more people like this!! Thank you for your kindness it meant a lot!!
