I think almost all consumers are more concerned about the "post buy" experience of a car, especially a used car. Anyone can sell you a vehicle for a decent price, they're all sort of stuck to the same market standards to stay competitive with each other. But when it comes to aftercare, fulfilling promises made at the time of sale, etc, a lot of dealerships will treat you like a stranger once you drive off the lot. I do not know the name of the service representative that helped me, she was a brunette working on the afternoon of November 14th 2024. She made the process as simple, and did everything she could to help me. Mark in sales and Greg and financing have both communicated with me post buy to handle different issues as they have popped up. There were a few times I was a bit worried, but Seeger and it's employees have stuck to a high quality experience, not only when I was looking for a car, but after I bought the car as well. I genuinely do not think me or my family will shop at another dealership as long as we're in St. Louis, why risk it when we know we are getting as good as it gets service for a fairly small premium. Seeger is not the least expensive every single time, but remember, you usually get what you pay for, and spending a little extra to make sure the investment of your new car is handled properly all the way down the line is more than worth it. It's not very often I walk out of a place with a big smile. The customer service is AMAZING at this place! Mr Meier assisted me today and he treated me great and was very thorough with everything. I had been to other Toyota places for service but it's not on this level. Even the lady who stocks the free snacks and drinks was super nice. The waiting area is also very comfortable. If you want to see 5 star service this is where you want to be!!!

Horrible experience. Sold me a car that has a defect in the engine. Didn’t even start when I test drove it.. they told me it was the battery so they replaced that. Fast forward less than a year later white smoke heavy coming out of the back. I make an appointment multiple times. Gaslit by a service worker and sent home didn’t even pull my car in. They turned me away the first AND the second time. They tried to blame everything on Valvoline. I then got gaslit by the manager who told me the only reason my engine was loud was because I’m under the overhang. Had him lift the hood went over everything detail possible with them. He said that’s how all 2019 ford escapes sound. Finally convinced them to look again. THIRD time, they now say it’s a bad sensor. Kelly in service is extremely rude and condescending. They talk to you like you’re a stupid child. Horrible experience will never bring my car here again. Currently waiting to hear back from National Highway Traffic Safety about getting a new short block. After sensor is replaced still having white smoke out of my engine and the engines still running rough. They will do anything to get out of doing work. Lazy, rude, unprofessional, service manager never called me back. They don’t answer the phone so now I’m resulting to this. Shame on you Seeger. All around. (6/3/24) Updating to say that I will have my short blocked replaced within a week due to confirmed coolant intrusion which will be replaced at no cost at all due to being eligible for the coolant intrusion program like I explained to Seeger. Truly disappointed in the treatment i received here also never received a call from their manager. Joke of a dealership.

I bought my first car through Seeger and have been getting it serviced there as well. David has always been wonderful to me. He makes sure I understand everything and doesn’t come off condescending when I ask questions. He makes me feel empowered about the decisions I make regarding my vehicle maintenance. If you’ve had issues with other people, then try David because he is the guy, in my opinion.

I received awful treatment at my visit here. Scott Fearn was beyond rude saying, "you are lucky you got any loan," because we decided not to lock my 19-year-old daughter into a 5 year loan on a 2015 suv with 112k miles. He also emailed me after we left, telling me the suv sold already. That was not a necessary email. I have emailed the manager and not heard anything back, but I hope no one else is every treated so poorly. I have bought many cars in my time and have never been treated poorly or talked down to. UPDATE: I spoke to a manager and he gave his opinion to me, which is not something I would recommend, but to each their own. However, the way Scott spoke to me regarding my financial and credit status is not acceptable and I told the manager I wouldn't send my worst enemy to Scott. Do what you want with the review, but hopefully other salesman at Seeger are much more professional than Scott!

Racism, thievery, worse service ever, or they just hated me and my truck Here is my story I took my truck for cam tower leak. The first time they only sealed one side and did not seal the other side, and sent me back home with a misfiring engine, I called to inform, then the agent I was given got so mad at me and was yelling telling me that he is sending a tow truck but is going home. Next day he said that they reversed sensors. Took the truck got home it is leaking again , told the same agent, he started yelling again that my truck was not leaking and would not do the job again. I called the service department manager and he said I should come in. I came in and the first impression he assumed that I was lying . He took the truck and went to the shop came back and said that if it was him he would tell the to redo the job. He gave me a different agent and a different mechanic . They redid the job again and a month later the truck was leaking again, I came back trying to get my money back but they refused to give it to me so I can go to a different Toyota and said that the people in charge refused to talk to me. I asked the service manager, so you guys gona hold us hostage and he said , if that is how you see it, then yes . He promised to give me the money back next leak and gave 5 free oil change, they redid the job again and it leaked again this time it was dropping on the floor and I came back they said it was the cover gasket they resealed it again and it leaked again this time they said it was the timing belt cover , but I refused to let them work on my truck and asked for the refund. The next day I did a diagnose at a different shop and I was told that I have to pay $10000 for the damage they have done to my truck. they broke the radiator, water pump, the engine still leaking oil, the antifreeze is leaking and there cables in inside engine are not connected right. in other words, they have ruined my truck for good. My question is If I was not black and African immigrant, would they have treated me like that? these are the people that treated me like a second class human being Tyler, J Back, and Chris, plus their superiors that refused to talk to me I reached out to corporate, and I was told that can not be held accountable for what they have done to me , because they are privately owned. I am writing this because I want to be the last person they treat like a half human .hopefully when they reflect on this review they will serve their community better

Jim Buck and Mark Gallagher worked tirelessley with our insurance complany for the repairs on our Toyota Tundra. They worked very hard to get our truck back in a timely manner and went above and beyond to make sure all repairs were completed to our satification. If we ever need services again we will be taking our truck to Seegar. The professionalism and kidness was outstanding and appreciated.

My guys at Seeger ToYota Service Center are second to none! I bought my car in January of 2018 and they have been taking care of me like family since. David Rowald is my favorite! He makes sure I am up to date and prepared for what is coming up next for my cars maintenance. I can call him with any question that I may have in the interim and he is always happy to assist. But it doesn’t stop there, is the entire team. I had an issue with an emergency response team and Alan and the guys had my best interest in getting my car repaired and everything documented so that I could get the company responsible to reimburse me! This team is amazing! I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone! Thanks Guys!

Allen in service truly went above and beyond today for us. Purchased a used truck 60 days ago and had to have it towed to the dealership. Wouldn’t start at all, we really thought the starter had went out. It ended up being all due to a bad battery. Allen and Andy talked it through and, even though batteries aren’t typically covered under warranty, waived a good portion of the cost since we had just purchased the vehicle. Thank you from the bottom of my heart gentlemen for you kindness today. My only complaint was Randy, in pre owned sales, was rude and talked to me like I was an idiot. But I overall am glad that at least the owner and service guy took great care of us.

I have had only good experiences with Seeger Service and have purchased 5 vehicles from them over the years. Would use them more for repairs but have a very competent mechanic in Kirkwood close to my homevI've used for nearly 30 years. Sometimes my mechanic actually recommends I have a procedure performed by Seeger.

I purchased a new 23 Toyota Rav4 Limited from Seeger that had manufacturer defects. I returned to Seeger on multiple occasions to get neglected and told the issue was an outside influence or my children caused it & given an astronomical dollar amount to repair. I am a young professional single black female with no children and was treated unethically each time I returned with my concerns about what turned out to be a water and safety hazard condition that resulted in my new vehicle being deemed as a lemon. All in a matter of 5 months ownership, I had to visit a separate Toyota dealer to get the actual care that upholds Toyota mission to provide consumers with a satisfying ownership experience. Take this a caution to proceed with doing business with Seeger if you value and appreciate businesses that act with integrity & appreciate you choosing them when there are plenty others to choose from.

My car had an oil leak problem which was Seegers fault. When I called to inform them of the problem they told me to bring the car in right away, fixed the problem and compensated me another service which I certainly didn’t expect. I am a highly satisfied customer!

We recently had our 2011 Sequoia serviced at the Olive location. We were extremely pleased with the service that we received — very professional and very timely. Much appreciation to Mark Gallagher for keeping us so well informed along the way and also to Travis the technician for working very hard to complete the necessary repairs & maintenance without having to order additional parts and arriving at solutions that saved us both time and money. Thank you again Mark G. & Travis for taking such excellent care of our beloved Sequoia and also for taking care of us as your customers all at the same time!

I bought a grand cherokee from seeger st.robert, came here for my first of 3 free oil changes in July. A week later my engine overheated and blew a cylinder. Coincidence, probably, but this headache of a car is getting bad reviews all over anything Seeger. Had it 4 months. Be careful with Seeger

I went to Seeger Toyota for regular Oil Change. My understanding is regular oil change comes with Multipoint Inspection as well. I was going for long ride after that oil change. Next day on ride, I get alert on dashboard about wind shield fluid level low. I opened the hoods and find out my coolant level was low as well. Seeger Toyota didn't do the inspection while doing oil change but they claim they do multipoint inspection while doing oil change. This is my first time bad experience with any Toyota Dealer. On past, every dealer used to do multipoint inspection and used to let us know what needs to be done/ any refill needs to be done. I don't recommend Seeger Toyota to any one.

Schedules an appointment for oil change, tire rotation, two safety recalls and some noises that would be warranty work. Dropped off car at 10am and was told it would be ready around 2pm. When I showed up at 2pm to check on car was told that they still needed to work on noises and could be another couple of hours. Then I stated I would reschedule another time for this work, I was informed the oil change and tires were not done yet and would be another 30-40 minutes. Appears they did no work on the car in the 4 hours they had it. Very Poor customer service!!!!!

Slow service. Different than other Toyota locations. This one needs a garage so you can drive through and be greeted with a service professional rather than walk inside and see busy representatives on the phone. Not very friendly either. Not very welcoming, but the service on my car is always good. Just need better customer service.

The parts department is really slow. I was in line for 15 min and eventually left without being served. I bought all my OEM auto parts online and had them delivered.
