We/I purchased an used 2021 Mitsubishi Mirage from seeon auto group. The customer service/care has been un usually excellent by Mrs. Nicole Huh, she is very transparent. They have their own workshop. They attention is very personalized than a regular dealership.

Why would I ever go anywhere else!? Seeon Auto did an outstanding job repairing my car after a major crash where the airbags deployed. I was worried about the extent of the damage, but their team was incredibly efficient and professional throughout the entire process. They handled everything with precision, keeping me informed at every step, and the turnaround time was impressive given the complexity of the repair. My car looks and drives as if nothing ever happened! Their attention to detail and commitment to quality, paired with excellent customer service, made a stressful situation much easier. I highly recommend Seeon Auto for any major repairs—these guys are the best!

Just bought a Mini Cooper last week. They bought it wrecked on the right front and did an ok cosmetic repair on it. The right headlamp was left with one broke mount and a piece of metal they fabricated to hold it in place. I was ok with all of this becaus eI saw it and knew about it and the price was fair for the car plus they gave $200 off their asking price. But owning the car less than 24 hours the right front lower valance had come loose and was hanging down. I ,messaged them the next day asking if we could come in and get it attached properly. Their response was "If you park too close, damage to the bumper may occur. Vehicle that has completed a month of test driving cannot automatically fall off" They didn't start out, bring it in and let's look and see what happened, they do straight to blaming the driver. I told them the proper customer service thing to do is offer to look at it and determine what happened. Their response back was "What I meant is also same as what you are saying. Like I said, if you make an appointment, we will check and do something" I would buy a car from them again because they made full disclosure of issues with the car and the repairs they made, but I feel a little forgotten about on the customer service after the sale, they could do better.

Drove down from Oklahoma last week and test drove a couple vehicles, they were very professional and courteous. I plan on going back to purchase one of the vehicles in the next day or so.

I received an estimate of $1,400 for the repair and heard that I would get a $100 discount. I paid 1,300 dollars in advance. Three hours later, the company asked me for an additional charge of $38. I approved the payment because I thought it was an additional cost for the part, not the original estimate of $1404. However, in the process of checking the contents of the estimate, the original estimate of $1,400 included the same content as the additional cost requirement of $38. But company officials said the original $1404 estimate did not include an additional $38 component. I refused to pay an additional $38. The original $1404 quote clearly contained a list of $38 ABS SENSERS.If the $1404 estimate did not include $38 parts, we should have provided an estimate of $1366 excluding $38. Initially, the company asked for a $1404 estimate, but the company official continued to offer several different estimates, and the company even threatened to remove the installed parts unless it paid an additional $38 for them. However, I refused to pay because it was clearly included in the $1404 estimate. I think they thought I wouldn't check the brake estimate. The company has to offer the original estimate of $1404, but it keeps showing the changed estimate. They only described it as their own system. I can't agree. I couldn't believe everything about this company. As a result of checking the invoice, the cost of the parts is about 380 dollars, but I wonder if the labor cost of 1000 dollars is normal. I used this company on my way back to California. I regret it so much. I will go back to LA and ask another professional company to check if the repair details match the estimate given by this company. I'm angry. I'm really angry. This is the worst company ever

I was pretty stressed by an unexpected car accident two weeks ago. However, with great help from SEEON Auto, I could handle it smoothly with the insurance company. They were so kind and repaired my vehicle perfectly in a short time and at a reasonable price as well. It was also very convenient to rent a car from SEEON Auto. My 2018 Sonata battery died out of the blue and couldn’t get it to start. Tolled the car to the Hyundai dealer and they took 4 days to give me a quote for $1,500, plus $170 diagnostic fee to fix the problem. Brought the car to Seeon and they found the problem with the battery and replaced it to fix the problem. Quick and responsive service, very honest and no hidden fees. Highly recommended!

Since I relocated here to Dallas, TX, from New York 2 years ago, I have been looking for a reliable repair shop for my MB SUV. After checking all reviews for a few repair shops, I took my car to this shop this morning to get an engine checked. I was so impressed by the way they provide the diagnostic report to me. The report was very comprehensive with more details along with photos via Text message too. If you are looking for a repair shop for your car, I highly recommend SEEON Auto to you.

The people at this shop are very polite. No complaints at all about their customer service. However you absolutely cannot trust the figure they give you as a repair estimate. In my case they gave me a written estimate for $1972 which I paid upfront for them to start the repair. A week later they told me it would cost an additional $645. That's 33% more than the original price for what visually appeared to be minor damage from a low speed, low impact collision to a Fiat. I will not allege they are dishonest, but just be aware that they may later ask for substantially more than the estimate they give you.

I bought a car few months ago. There was a lot of fracture damage on the vehicle. But they hide them with paints and cheap plastic ropes. I recommend you to buy from some place else. For your best.

Very professional, fast response, honest group! I drive 2012 Toyota sienna and had a few things to repair. Toyota dealer charged ridiculously high. I was referred by my friend and ask them to get a quote. Very competitive pricing and even got a rental car until they finished. Highly recommend this small business!
