The only auto body shop in San Antonio to have your vehicle fixed. I have been going to them for years and have had superior service every time. Sierra does a fantastic job keeping you updated on your service and Andre is incredible in getting your car back to you in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Just needed a taillight replaced. Called and was able to go in shortly after and only waited about 30mins. Fair price too. Would def recommend and return. Nice customer service too.

My car had damage due to a Texas storm. The staff there is very helpful and guided me through the claims process. Sierra called me regularly keeping me up to date with progress. I would definitely go back for any auto body needs and would highly recommend Select One Collision center.

Service and repairs were great! Constant communication to keep me updated. Didn't try to sell anything we didn't need. Gilbert is honest and repairs were done quickly. Sierra is so professional, friendly and very efficient! All around, it was a wonderful experience. Got our truck back on the road.

Sierra and the team were AMAZING! I was in constant communication with updates on my repair and I felt that they weren’t trying to sell me anything that I didn’t need. The owner actually helped me find the best options to save money on some parts and I greatly appreciate how helpful the entire team was. I was t-boned about a month ago on the drivers side. The front drives door would barely open and rear door would not open at all. My car was taken to Select One Automotive & Collision. They did an incredible job repairing it. Every Tuesday and Thursday Sierra would email me an update on the progress of my repair. The few times I called with a question she was always very helpful. Andre and his guys did an awesome job on my car. I highly recommend them if you are ever in an accident and need your vehicle repaired.

Due to an unfortunate accident with a Dodge Ram truck, I made an appointment with Select One Body and Paint. I went to this shop because my mother received excellent service from them when she took her car there a few years ago. As I walked in, I was greeted happily by Sierra who couldn’t have been nicer. Next, I met Andre who walked with me to my most prized possession, my car. I showed him the damage, and Andre assured me that he would take care of my “baby.” Throughout the time Select One worked on my car, Sierra updated me every Tuesday and Thursday mornings via email. After about two and a half weeks, I was told my car was ready. Select One did a fantastic job of fixing the passenger side doors; you couldn’t tell I had an accident. Upon driving home, I noticed a whistle from the front passenger window. I called Andre who told me to bring my car back, and he would take care of it. When I arrived at Select One, I was greeted by the friendly Sierra once again. Andre wasn’t there, so I was introduced to Gilbert. I had taken a video of the noise and played it for Gilbert who knew immediately what was required to fix the noise. After a few hours, my side view mirror had to be removed and reinstalled, my car was again ready. If you’re ever in an accident, then I highly recommend you take your vehicle to Select One. Everyone there was friendly and helpful, and their work is impeccable.

Select One went above and beyond my expectations. Sierra, the receptionist, kept me informed on the status of my car repairs with regular updates, and Andre was a pleasure to work with. He took great care to explain the repairs, the cost of the individual parts and why they were necessary. When I told him I needed the vehicle by the end of day Friday to start a new job the following Monday, they didn’t hesitate to expedite the repairs without cutting corners on quality. Andre even stayed late on Friday to ensure I picked up my vehicle on time. I cannot emphasize this company enough. Select One is a car repair service with compassion, class and integrity. Fingers crossed I won’t need their services anytime soon, but if (God forbid) my car needs repairs again, they are the ones to call.

Sierra and the others were wonderful and very quick about getting me in fast to get my vehicle serviced. They came highly recommended to me from Jesse who works at Discount Tire. He told me they can give me a fair quote and wouldn’t scam me on replacing my tie rod that got messed up and fix my alignment versus the other place I went to Jiffy Lube on Potranco. Would highly recommend to use for work done on your car.

Select One has so far been the best place to take my vehicle to get worked on. Sierra Key is very helpful and sends her update emails on time every Tues and Thurs. Andre has taken care of me everytime I have to take my car in to get serviced. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right and the customer is satisfied.

Shoutout to the fantastic team at Select One Collision! My SUV got rear-ended, and they fit me right away, even though I had just walked in. Gilbert explained everything clearly, including the repairs and dealing with insurance. Sierra updated me twice a week, and Andre made paying and picking up my car a breeze—a different experience from other shops regarding customer service. They even wiped up the vehicle clean during pick-up. I highly recommend them!

So much to say here. First, the staff is top notch and they listen to every detail. The cost of my repairs were very well communicated with no surprises! The quality of work is TOP notch. My experience was stress free with no hassles and a quick turnaround. If you’ve had a vehicle repaired before you know how stressful it can be. This is the best in San Antonio!! Very pleased with the service I received here. Not only did they do a great job on my repair, they found other issues that needed taken care and fought with the warranty company to get it fixed. I also really liked the twice a week updates from Sierra as to the progress of the repair. Highly recommend this shop for your collision repair!
