Absolutely A+ body shop, from start to finish. We started by dropping off the car and the body shop was so clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Along the way with the repair, they kept us in the loop and got a very large repair (2 week job) done right on time. I asked to pick up the car on a Monday at 7:30am and showed up at 7:25am and my car was right up front, ready to go as promised. The inside and outside was cleaned so nicely, and the work itself - the repair and body work - was better than even my high expectations. 5 stars for sure.

In all my 45 years on this planet I have never met such honest and talented mechanics!!! I went to a shop where I was told $700 to pop out my dent and fix the paint. Then another $300 to awitch out the lightbulb. These guys took one look and said it would only take them a few min they wouldn’t charge me for something so small. 🤯 They were such gentlemen and have made a customer for life. I’d recommend them from the top of a mountain at the top of my lungs!!!! Best auto body shop ever!!!!!!!!

Gene, Alex and the team were great! I didn’t have to worry about anything. They even took care of getting and returning my rental car. Wonderful customer service! Work on the car was amazing. What a dream team that provides high quality bumper repair work with exceptional customer service and very competitive prices. Back in March 2024, I reversed into a tree (lulz) and damaged the rear bumper of my friend’s convertible, creating a big ol’ dent and two holes. Over the course of a month, I shopped around for quotes and got estimates from 5 SF auto body repair shops. Selecta stood out for a variety of reasons: 1. Their estimate was the best priced. Their hourly labor rate is a bit cheaper, and it makes a difference. 2. They were the only ones who evaluated whether a repair would be possible. They were confident they could do a full repair, which helped bring the cost down by $400. All the other shops said that I needed a bumper replacement, and that BMW bumper part is not cheap. Even Selecta’s replacement quote beat out other shops by $200-300. 3. Their customer service is top notch. Their office manager Jackie picks up the phone in 2 seconds. And estimator Gene is the sweetest soul. You can tell he cares deeply about the work and the customer. 4. Last but not least, their quality is sensational. They fixed up some of the other scratches, and the bumper looks brand spanking new. They offer a lifetime warranty on their work to boot! Keep in mind that you need to book an estimate appointment since they make sure they have space for you to pull up in front of their shop. I also had to wait two weeks for them to have availability to work on the car. They quoted 2-3 business days in the shop—it would have taken them 2 days had the dealership shipped the correct part. The car came home 4.5 days later looking like a beaut! While I hope to not need future auto body work, you can best believe that I am bringing all my future needs to Selecta (and actively recommending them to friends and family too)!

Above and beyond! The body shop staff took time to talk me through options and did a really thorough repair, even going so far as to tighten up a few unrelated things and to wash the car. Highly recommend, and I’ll be coming back here if needed as I’m confident I can trust them

Selecta Auto Body was incredible to work with! I had some major work that needed to be done on the entire passenger side of my car. They were quick, efficient, friendly, and communicated with me every step of the way. I received my car back and it looked brand new--inside and out! My car was completely detailed inside and their work to repair was pristine! I highly recommend Selecta for any auto bodywork!

I wish I could rate Selecta an 11. I had no previous experience with Selecta, so when I needed an auto body shop, I relied on Yelp (knowing some of their reviews could be bogus). Fortunately, Selecta lived up to and exceeded its high marks on Yelp. My car is black, the most difficult color to get right, as it shows every imperfection, but it turned out perfect: no waves, no swirls. The car now looks bone stock. Plus, a few minor items were taken care of gratis. I should also mention that without exception the staff were affable, polite and respectful – shout outs to Patty, Jackie and J.R. (El Jefe).

I give Selecta Auto Body Repair 5 stars. We have had to have two cars repaired due to hit and runs while parked on the streets in San Francisco. First was our Honda ridgeline that someone sideswiped and had to have the whole driver side repaired. our other vehicle which we just bought in April of this year when a cement truck sideswiped the driverside rear (thankfully they left their information) which was repaired by Selecta and looks brand new. then 2 weeks ago someone swiped the front fender bumper and wheel causing minor damage but put the front end out of alignment, (bummer they did not leave any information) Selecta did a wonderful job of repairing the damage they even had the custom wheel repaired of the scratch and we had a small scratch on the front bumper they threw in the paint on that. Now the car looks like brand new Thank you Selecta and your amazing team for the wonderful work you have done on both our vehicles. Thank you Thank you Thank you

My car got hit on the bumper. My bumper got replaced they painted it same color as the rest of the car. The bottom piece got hit to black piece with reflection lights. My center piece went on the chrome was put on. My car was done like it was brand new off the lot. They did a excellent job on my toyota highlander. I would recommend this shop Selecta Auto Body . Also great in working with my insurance company. I would use there Body Shop again my car needed to be fixed. Thank you for your service.

This place is amazing!, The service was very quick and very helpful. I was helped by Gene and he made the process enjoyable and affordable! You can’t ask for much more than that. My driver door had a recognizable dent and the mirror cap broke off from getting side swiped on the road. Within about 5 days I’ve got a great looking door and a new painted side mirror cap. He even got my car washed for me! They really treat you like family here. 5/5 would highly recommend this business to anyone and everyone who needs an auto body shop
