I am a long time customer of this shop. When I retired from a nearby office park, I made the decision to continue bringing my car here for servicing and repairs. The staff is courteous, discusses the necessary repairs and completes the work in a timely manner ner. The costs are fair

Hi, i like supporting local business but this place sucks! I had to keep asking for a status update because i got there at 7:45am and waited 4hrs for 2 new tires. Is this how you treat retired military veterans? Or is it because I am a black man? I even had a tire stem problem but instead of fixing it, they swapped it to the right rear and left it with low air, 24psi. I went back in and told the guy at the front desk, he said just ride around a bit, it will go away. After leaving, I had to go put air in my tire at wawa after spending $300.00 with them, never again!

Seredni is honest, reliable, and reasonably priced. They can do most anything for your car and they'll fix it right. Might take 2 trips, but they do good work and you can trust them for most anything. Sometimes it's a little more expensive than you expect, but then sometimes it's a lot less. It really just depends on what needs to be fixed. For new tires, Seredni is one of the two places in Richmond that seem consistently less expensive than EVERYBODY else. The other is Bill Crumpton Tire and Auto, about a mile from Seredni, behind Krispy Kreme. In the past, I have gone to the warehouse club, assuming it would be the cheapest, or manually compared every freakin' tire shop in Richmond. I have learned from experience to check Seredni and Crumpton and not waste time on the other guys. That was my original review. My last service experience was unsatisfactory. I should have raised the issue at the time but I dropped off the car overnight and they called me after they were finished. I was so angry at the time I didn't say anything. And I'm still angry, but at least now I am editing the review. My car battery died one night. AAA sent a tow truck--the tow mechanic gave me a jump start and confirmed that the battery was dead and needed to be replaced. I drove over to Seredni Tire, filled out a service request to get the dead battery replaced, and left the keys and the request in an envelope in after hours slot. When I returned the next day, they had charged me $50 to diagnose the battery I told them was dead and needed to be replaced. Obviously in addition to the cost of the new battery, installation, etc. That was a straight up ripoff and I would have told them not to diagnose my dead battery if I had been there, but since it was a dropoff, they could at least pretend to have diagnosed the problem. I'm still angry. I would still go back for new tires and maybe maintenance, but the charge to diagnose a battery that I already told them was dead and needed to be replaced was out of line.

The employees were nice and very polite. That said, my experience epitomized why I don't care for going to mechanics I don't know. I was spoiled growing up having a grandmother that owned a family auto parts business, so I didn't deal with many mechanics the family didn't know. I went in for an inspection. The reverse lights were out and it wasn't due to a fuse or lights. I called a mechanic friend and told them what he said was likely the issue. They didn't really care how easy it could have been to look and see if that was the issue. They couldn't do anything without hooking it up to an analysis machine that cost $140. If I would have went that route, before the issue got fixed, I was already down $160 with the cost of inspection. That doesn't include what it would cost to fix the switch that my mechanic friend was correct in his assumption. I said, no thanks and took the rejection sticker. I ended up getting the repair AND the inspection sticker for $60. I am sure its corporate/company procedure and no real decision for the employees to make, but I miss the days a mechanic would just look at something and not go the most expensive route right off the bat.

Do not get your tires changed here. Got my tires changed and then a few months later it started leaking air and they said they don’t have any warranty or coverage on their brand new tires. Plenty of places with better deals and better protection for your new expensive tires. DO NOT BUY TIRES HERE.

Super nice! Really sweet and will do whatever it takes to get you in. I had been needing an inspection and called places to no avail. I called Seredni and Lauren answered. She was able to get me in right away with no hesitation. Was in and out within an hour. Thank you all so much for your kindness and help during that time. I would absolutely recommend coming here for your car.

What a spectacular service! I went there for state inspection, i was in and out in 40 minutes even though they were busy and there was 3 people ahead of me. Very friendly staff and hard working technicians.

I had run over some glass yesterday morning when it was still dark. This morning my tire light was on. I took my yellow Mitsubishi Eclipse to Serendi from whom I had bought it. They have subsequently done all the work on the car. They took the car immediately; came back a half hour later and said that it was fine. Probably the drop in temperature last night. They put air in the tires and wouldn't charge me!

I waited until the last minute, so my regular shop said they couldn't schedule an inspection until the following week. As a desperate woman, I was worried Seredni was going to try and play me. I passed inspection with no BS 👍🏾

I was recommended to go to Seredni by a coworker at Signature Properties a year ago, and so far, they've been pretty amazing! Decent prices. They're straight up with what they're capable of. They don't add extra charges to the final amount. I also haven't had to return my car due to a repair not being fixed properly. Only downside, they are constantly busy with work! Wait times could vary on getting your car back. But they sure try 👍

Oil change..they are very responsive all times...but the young service techs lack detailed execution at times. They were open on Saturdays....but not anymore.

Used to be my go to shop until they broke my tire sensor when putting on new tires and said it "could've happened." My tire sensor was working fine the day I got new tires because I had been putting air in my tire for weeks because of a leak and knew when I needed air because the tire sensor worked. No doubt they broke my sensor and didn't take responsibility. Because they straight up lied to me, I will never use them again after being a customer for more than 10 years at their various locations. Very disappointed overall in Seredni. What caused me to write this review a few months after they broke my tire sensor is that I am at another auto shop and Seredni never told me the lug nuts on my tires are smooth and need replacing. Maybe that's how my tire sensor got broke when they were trying to take the lug nuts off. So on top of breaking my sensor they have poor communication about something they couldve easily discussed with me. Maybe this was a bad day for them but bad enough for me to take my hard earned money somewhere else because I don't appreciate being lied to and didn't feel valued as a customer.

I had a road Hazzard issue a week after I brought 4 new tires from Seredin. They were very professional and addresses the issue immediately so that I could get home safely and scheduled a date after the weekend to address the issue in it's entirety. Stuff happens and I am thankful that they expeditiously stand behind their work. I will be doing business with them again and referring all I know to them as they were the best price and warranty I could find from Ashland to South Richmond.

This place was an awesome experience. I Showed up upon opening for a front end alignment. I expected at least an hour's wait time , but I was in and out within 30 minutes. The lady at the front was super nice and I was happy with the results of my car. I would recommend this location to anyone.

WORST inspection garage in Richmond. Never going back. No wonder they have a trash reputation. They have a high turnover, so no experienced mechanics.
