Waited two weeks for an oil leak inspection appointment, was prompted to arrive timely at 0900. Was waiting for them all day as this is my only vehicle. At 5 PM I decided to go to the dealership to see what the deal was. They said they couldn’t get to it today. Nobody called to communicate with me. Had a previous bad experience with another vehicle, same place.

My sales person John Kinney was amazing. I bought the truck site unseen. He advised against it. I insisted and he went above and beyond to make sure I was making the right choice. I’ll give him my business any day. Truck was exactly as he shown me and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Seen him out for your vehicle purchases. The dealership even delivered it to me without delay. Can’t say enough good things. Thank you so much!!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Bought an 2018 Expedition Limited. Within a week it needed cam phasers. The vehicle had a 30 day warranty through the dealer as well as a 3yr power train warranty. The dealership said they would replace the cam phasers at no charge. What they didn't state was that they would let the vehicle sit for over a week so that the 3yr warranty would pay for it instead of the dealership. Finally get the car back and less then a month later there is a coolant leak. Of course they claim that it wasn't caused by the cam phaser repair and not covered under warranty. So I paid out of pocket for the coolant leak. Picked the car up from the dealer after this repair and now the car shakes. I urge many people to not buy or take their car there for any repair. Wouldn't even want them putting windshield fluid in.

I had our Expedition towed into this dealership because it left us stranded on I-75 near Gaylord. This is the first time I've dealt with Serra Ford. The service advisor Keri was less than pleasant to work with. She was cold and had zero empathy for my situation. The repair was minor, and the bill was fair for the work done. If I had a choice to return to Serra Ford for future service, I would not.

I was inquiring about getting a new vehicle from the Serra Ford and was told by the salesman Gary there dealership is non negotiable. I'm sorry but no matter what dealership is ALWAYS NEGOTIABLE!! THIS IS FALSE!! DONT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! IM SURE THE ATTORNEY GENERAL WOULD LOVE TO HEAR ABOUT THAT....

I called and spoke with Brad from the service department regarding my lane assist not working. He treated me with absolute respect and did not down talk me at all, and laughed with me when warranted. I discussed things I had tried, etc. Brad has earned my return service, trust & loyalty. Thank you, Brad.

I was stranded on the trail and needed a part on a memorial day weekend. The sales department was open and a Gentleman named Rob (I think, I'm terrible with names) went out of his way to search for the part I needed and got it to me. This guy went above and beyond to get me back on the road and I couldn't of been more grateful. 5 stars for Rob and everyone who helped me out at Serra Ford in Gaylord!

Was coming into town and truck warning light indicated low tire pressure. Swung into dealership. They removed a screw and repaired tire within thirty minutes.
