They misdiagnosed the problem with my car, performed a bunch of meaningless work, then charged me over $800. When I got back in my car, it had the same symptoms as before. That’s when I was told I probably had an internal engine issue that the work they performed would never be able to fix. Dare I say this was after I had spent 7 hours waiting on the tech to diagnose the problem and complete the work. When I told them it was improper to charge a customer for work that they knew would not fix the issue for which I brought my car to the shop, they didn’t offer a refund or discount. Instead,they suggested that I bring the vehicle back in next week so they could diagnose it again “for free” as if they were doing me a favor with this inconvenience. I took the car to pep boys for a second opinion, didn’t tell them anything about the Toyota misdiagnoses, only the symptoms, and they were able to properly diagnose the issue in less than an hour.

BE AWARE and EDUCATE YOURSELF Although the staff is very kind and professional, I didn’t get the required service I was hoping for. I went for my due 40K service after taking off from my work schedule and driving all the way to the shop, was given my vehicle back and was good to go. I went home, for some unknown reason, I opened the hood and realized that the coolant was almost empty (even lower than the lower limit line). I freaked out, called the service dept and had to drive all the way back, they were able to take care of it. Also, no one asked me to get the due filter change and I found out from my brother who lectured me for not knowing but I think it was the shop responsibility to discuss and notify me for necessary services. I am happy that they were able to fix it next day but still caused quite a bit of inconvenience to me. Just a word of caution, don’t just trust blindly, we are all humans and can make mistakes.

I've preordered some parts from Serra Toyota Centerpoint service store. After 3 1/2 weeks I asked for a refund. It turned out that the parts came in and was placed on another's car.The service manager John Dobbs, called parts and service to put them back on my invoice so that he could refund me. On Black Friday,I was promised a check via mail in 3-5 business days. I spoke with a manager named Brian, Who promised to look into it . It's been another 3 weeks, still no check. When I phone the establishment today, I seem to get the run around. This is terrible customer service

Well I don’t like how they are communicate, especially what’s in the website it’s different from what I found in the actual branch but when I contacted them they are welling to help in their way and in they way they are comfortable with. I am not going to be there again.
