Stay away. Brought wife's car in for misfire because I didn't have time to mess with it. They said she needs a new (used) motor for 3900. Without even taking the valve covers off they said the cams and rockers were wiped. I took it home, actually looked at the cam and rockers and there was zero damage. One ignition coil went out, and that's why there was a misfire. It was a 50 dollar fix they wanted to charge 3900 for... Again never take your car here

Les pedí un presupuesto para arreglar mi carro, me cobraban $ 2.100 se me hizo demasiado.. Fui a otro taller, me lo arreglaron y me cobraron $ 670.. No se deberían llamar Serratos. ( Rerratas )

We had a piece of the car come loose on the freeway and had to do an emergency stop and this was the first shop we could find. We took the car and the folks were incredibly kind and helped us remove it so we could get back on the road very quickly. Highly recommend. We'll definitely be back.

If you like an honest job & great prices I would highly recommend Serrato’s automotive. I dropped off my Ram yesterday with a tire vibration, and have spent a lot of hours and money fixing it myself. I thought It was the front end originally, upon inspection it was the rear end brakes. Very knowledgeable techs. I Was driving my truck home by the end of day. Quick turn around. Thanks Carlos and the whole crew!! I will return!!

Serratos has been my mechanic for 15 years now and I wouldn't trust my vehicles to no one else. Jose the shop manager is always on it and always gives out a great level of attention to detail and customer service.

I payed a ride to drive 41 miles to a closed shop that was supposed to be opened online says til 2pm , the sign says til 3pm.i arrived at 12:30. they do good work tho
