DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SERVICE CENTER. I took our 2016 Chevy Malibu for an engine gasket repair with a minimum oil leak, and to have a massive oil leak, I needed a whole new engine. Tyler Collard, the service consultant, avoided calls and left early before we picked up the car. Susan Whelan, the service consultant who was there when we arrived, was rude and left the building without answering what happened. Tony Jefferies, the service consultant, was sitting there putting in his two cents and not helping. They lied and said the Wayne manager left for the day when he was there and came out at the last minute to try and figure out what happened. Wayne stated they would never let a vehicle leave their lot unsafe to drive. Well, you did.

Bought my Jeep there and after about a week the Jeep was not wanting to start. I called my salesman and he contacted the service manager. They called me back a short time later and set up an appointment for the next morning. Took the Jeep in around 7:30 and got a call back around noon saying it was done. The service manager said they checked it out and there was a dead cell in the battery. They put a new battery in and things seem to be good now. Thank you all.

Won’t answer or call back, my car has been sitting there for months waiting on parts and I have to call them to get an update (which they never respond to). Poor excuse for a service dept.

Thos experience was better than last time but I still don't understand how I paid $91 for an oil change and the charges were less last time but the total is more... I'm confused... But ok...

Bought a truck from this dealership September 15, 2022. They sold this truck to a Veteran owned business that needs a truck to make a living. They told us this truck is in great working condition. Come to find out they were just putting bandaids on the problems until someone bought it hoping the repairs would get paid for. (The lead mechanic at the time told us that!) It’s been in the shop 7 times now. Three times because of the motor, which they finally replaced. And in the shop three more times due to trailer brake system not working. Now the seventh time because they broke a hose for the a/c when they replaced the motor but while they were test driving it the compressor went out and now they are trying to charge us over $1000 to fix it. Not to mention they don’t want to call us back either. We have been trying to get it back in the shop or even a phone call back since March 2. I would NOT recommend their service department. Nor the company because they sold us a vehicle under false pretenses and every time we turn around we are fighting to get them to fix it. Our business has lost thousands of dollars because of the troubles this has caused. Not to mention when we pull our trailer the check engine light starts flashing but no one wants to address that either. I’m beyond over it and definitely weighing out my options at this point.

Did not answer my question. Could not find the answer, nor did the Service Advisor offer to find answer to a common issue. Sad, poor client service. Recommend another Chevrolet Dealership for service on your Impala.

This was the first time I ever had to wait to be greeted at a dealership service department. I wouldn't have been so upset if I hadn't seen several people inside not making any effort to greet me. There was one guy sitting outside busy on his phone. I interrupted him to ask how to leave. He did asked what I needed. (Little late) I did text them to let them know I wasn't happy and a service manager did call back but their chance to make a good impression passed.

I made an appointment for an oil change. I got there on time but it took them two hours and 25 minutes. They gave me no warning that they were running behind, and each time I checked on the status they just told me it would be ready soon. The waiting room was full, with many of us standing while watching about half of their employees walking around not wearing masks.

Nancy Kawata did a fine job selling me my new Malibu. A true professional and the way a sales person should be. No high pressure and actually listened to what I wanted instead of what she had to sell. I would go to her to buy my next car without a doubt. She made the whole experience most enjoyable.
