Probably the quickest and easiest repair I’ve ever had to make. Toni was helpful for explaining the process and ensuring I was updated throughout my repair. She was instrumental in keeping my head on straight and ensuring that my car would be taken care of.

This is my service team. I only take Ritchie to Toni and her team. She always looks to find ways to save me money. I know my next service is going to be costly but I also know it will be worth every penny being done right by the best of the best in Cbus. They always make me smile many times throughout my time with them.

I had to bring my car in because I had a nail in my tire. It was explained that the nail was too close to the rim to patch it. I wasn't going to take the chance so I purchased a new tire. One of those unfortunate things that happens. The car is less than a year old and you don't expect to put extra money to it. But couldn't be helped. I'm happy with Germain's service though. I trust them.

As always Germain Mazda East has delivered wonderful customer service (Spencer and others) and maintenance team on my CX-5. I came in for an oil change but then needed two other services performed and the got it done sooner than the 1 and a half hours I was told. I was told 3 but then they said we can get it done right away. I am always impressed by how detailed and kind they are. Thank you. Been coming here for 5 years and will continue to maintain and buy a future Mazda here. Thanks for hiring the best!

Had the 5K service on my 2024 CX-5 2.5S CE done here, at drop-off I had notified the service manager of some issues. They kept my car overnight and did a thorough inspection regarding my concerns with alignment and transmission. The overall process was quick and I had my car back the next day. I had requested a loaner car, if available, due to the nature of my work as a first responder/physician. They were able to accommodate my request without any rental charges. Overall the whole team provided excellent service with prompt response and turn around time. Thank you!

Thanks with your help with my Mazda cx-5. I know it doesn’t always happen but I didn’t have a car for 2 full days because no loaners were available. It was an inconvenience.
