I truly appreciate the receptionists attitude about quickly getting me in for an appointment. The intake service workers were cordial. The only issue that I have is that I came in to have a light replaced that had already been replaced less than a year ago. I left with an even dimmer light after they offered to replace both head light assemblies for $2000. I asked if they could replace the dimmed bulb. It appears to be dimmer than before I took the car into the garage. Otherwise, everyone was very nice.

Very pleased with our service advisor 12536 Bianca Straughte. Bianca was working with my wife and her vehicle , but I observed the professional attitude that she has. My wife is scheduled for more work and hopefully Bianca will assist her.

2nd time service customer. Great experience all the way around. Was in for a warranty repair (main wiring harness replacement). Parts took some time to get in, but no fault of the parts or service department. Great communication from Bianca throughout. text/email reminders leading up to the appointment, on time check-in, and follow up. A week after the appointment and my truck is “back to normal”.

I was having some problems with my car charging and took my car in without an appointment. They took my car in immediately and welcome to me into their service. Max was thorough as well as understanding of the confusion that I had As to why this had happened. They worked on my car that day, and I had my car back that evening.

We’re thorough and were able to track down the parasitic leak that kept draining my battery. Took longer than I expected but that was due to getting the parts, not due to Germain. I didn’t mind since the took care of us with a loaner car. Very happy overall and I would take my car back there again if I ever need service.

RECENT: I went for an oil change/tire rotation. I was treated courteously and was in and out in a flash! I was able to get on with my day. I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Germain Nissan! UDATE: same great service! The wait was shorter than expected. Everything was explained clearly and Paul was very personable. Germain Nissan always treats me well! Everything was explained to me clearly. There was a discrepancy in what I expected to pay and what I was charged. The service reps were so patient with me and got everything cleared up! I’ve been a Nissan customer for a long time and don’t plan on going anywhere anytime soon!
