This dealership is first class and the team works great together, they keep you informed on the process of your vehicle. Hospitality was awesome and the professionalism was a pleasant surprise. Im always very impressed with Germain Volkswagon. Everyone there I've encountered are always professional, friendly, and informative. My most recent experience was with Nick in service. He was very nice, kept me updated during my service, and made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. I drive over an hour for my vehicle to be maintained where I bought it and will continue to do so. Thanks for the awesome customer service Nick and the Germain Volkswagen team!

The experience that I had today at GermainVolkswagen at the auto mall located at Georgesville Rd had me in and out in a matter of about two hours for ignition coil issues. The service advisor, Dan, was kind, courteous, and most professional from the time I walked in the door until the time I drove my car out of the service bay. Thank you for making sure my vehicle is safe on the road!

I had a good experience with my service agent, Destiny. She was friendly, accommodating, and professional. She also took the time to explain all the recommended maintenance on the inspection reports on my vehicle and why they were important. I will definitely ask for her again when I need service on my bug.

Always a good experience. My service tech was Daniel and he was very helpful. The online portal for service has way too many choices. But once you are at your appointment, there is good, open, up front discussion and explanations about service and prices. Good customer service. Nice amenities. My service is always done in the time frame promised.

Honestly one of the nicest experiences I’ve had in a service department at a dealership. I’ve had a few bad experiences in the past couple of years and I plan on bringing my car back to Germain VW for all my future service appointments.
