The service was excellent. The only reason it was not 5-star was that, after driving into the receiving line, with no other cars in the bay, it took 5-10 minutes for a person to even approach me. There were several techs at their desks, but none of them would give me any indication that I was waiting to be received. Maybe that's just how they do it here. But my vehicle was serviced nicely.

It’s not Bryan Clay’s fault. However, it’s totally unbelievable that Toyota hasn’t come up with a resolution to the problem of Priuses getting dead batteries when they sit unused for a very small number of days. A very large number of 2023 / 2024 Prius users have the problem.

The process of having our vehicle's oil changed and diagnosing a noise issue took approximately three hours. I would advise that the service team first attempt to identify the source of the noise by inspecting the body of the vehicle before proceeding with a diagnostic check that cost 160.00. I was informed that I needed to authorize a diagnostic check, which incurred a charge of $160. I was initially hesitant to agree, especially since I had not received any alerts from Toyota regarding potential issues through the app. I would caution others against agreeing to such checks without prior alerts from the app. In hindsight, if there were issues diagnostically, I would have suggested that the app's alert service not be paid for, as it did not provide any notifications in this instance. So it worked and i should have listen to my App. Due to my time constraints and the presence of my son, I ultimately consented to the diagnostic check. During their test drive, the service team reported that the noise was quite severe. Worried for the safety of my family and oe they advised it was “really bad”.., I agreed. I regret this decision and recommend that others consider taking their vehicles to AutoZone for a complimentary diagnostic check to avoid unnecessary expenses. If the app does not alert you to any issues, it may be reasonable to assume that a diagnostic check is not required. If there was something wrong diagnostically., i would reccomend not to pay for app if it didnt alert you. Ultimately, the source of the significant noise turned out to be a piece of rock lodged in the vehicle under carriage. I would of hoped that the service team did a complete and through check of the under body prior to running the $160 check which was not necessary. Obviously its all about cashing in and making money. In the end, they did their job. I learn to get a diagnsitc check prior to bringing the vehicle in so they can conduct their check knowing the diagnostic check was either gtg or advising them the error code for free at auto zone. ** Save money during this economy! In regards to the Sales Department., If you want to buy i would always refer Chris Wells., Professional as always! Chris gets a 5 Star from me; Service that day., 1 Star
