The experience purchasing a car was quite smooth and the service was awesome! I wasn’t a huge fan of the additional fees added to the price, but I’m sure this can be improved upon, but still a great experience.

Workers are not knowledge on what there job is. My daughter asked questions and no one knows the answer NO HELP at all. Oil change was great but the question was about putting special fluid in the Gas tank with a special funnel that the jeep was missing when she bought it. No one there knows how to put in the special fluid. Knew nothing about it. Not good!!! Need to get more employees that know there jeeps maintenance, very well and how to put in special fluids in the gas tank. Thank you for Listening.

I made a point of arriving at 6:15 AM so that I would 1st or 2nd in line for an oil change. This Pacifica is the 3rd vehicle that I have bought from 215 and I have always done this. My van went into the shop and I was back on the road in a little less than 45 minutes. Thanks to Chrysler for great vehicles and to the good folks at 215 Superstore for super service. PS: please note if you are a coffee drinker; 5hey have the best coffee machine I have ever had the pleasure of using. It also dispenses Latte, cappuccino,. hot chocolate, and tea. I just turned 75 and I know a thing or two about coffee and Chryslers. Thanks everyone at 215. I'll see you in 5000 miles

Kervens was my service advisor and he was very professional, kind, and very helpful to fix the “sales” errors. Carlos and the other short heavier set guy can’t recall his name I’m sure he’s a sales manager told me that my TRX wasn’t as desirable because of the Offroad look. Told me that it’s harder for them to sell blah blah blah but when I pointed out that every-time I go into the dealership for service ect they have a lifted Ram truck in the showroom floor with a huge sticker price. I mean come on don’t insult me. Anyways, here’s my issue Carlos, the finance manager (Scott) and the heavy set sales manager told me they would cut me a check for $5,000 to go with the deal of trading in my TRX. They all said I’d get it by the end of the week. After signing the documents and trading in my truck those three are now telling me I won’t receive that money until the title is in their hands?! That can take multiple weeks! I told them I signed over the vehicle to them so the title is guaranteed so why can’t I get my check and they stated it won’t be available until the titles in their hands. Just straight lied and that’s what I’m unhappy about. I kept my word in regards to the deal you three should keep yours or not just tell me the world just to close a deal. We should be held to a higher standard here. It’s $5K for crying out loud. Outside of the sales manager / finance manager I would give service 5 stars. But the one star was taken because of the three mentioned above.
