Problem wasn’t really resolved because it didn’t show up at the appointment. Might have just been a sensor that needed reset. Either way everyone was courteous and positive. Good experience overall

I went in to get some recalls serviced and ended up getting a brake cleaning and new filter all for an affordable additional cost. The staff was very helpful. I was updated via text every step of the way. The service also didn't take as long as expected. Braden was a great representative and i will definitely return for future services.

The person who checked my car in said it would take an hour to hour and a half. It actually took about 40 minutes. The waiting area is always clean and there's free bottled water and coffee. Overall, it's a great place.

Justin was great - haven’t had any issues with services needed since I bought my car with them. I typically wait while the service is being done and Justin communicated well about wait times and came and found me when service was complete. Great job all around.

Service was professional and was under the quoted time frame. Had plenty of drinks and popcorn as a snack. They even recommended future maintance but no pressure was given and even said all looked good. Advisor was professional and nice. 11/10

Got my car to the kia dealership on the Westside. As soon as I parked the car and walked through the doors I was greeted and the transaction was smooth sailing from there. The associate kept in contact with me throughout the whole process, and for getting an oil change and tires rotated I was out in no time. Great staff and always a speedy service.

Had a problem with my 2018 Kia Soul. I have not used Germain Kia before but they were the closest since my car was in Limp mode. They were very friendly and were able to get the car back on the road.Good price. I will be using them in the future. Update, my 2018 Kia Soul having the same problem it did around this time last year. This time Germain Kia said I had no oil. I checked it but is using it. They have me doing an oil consumption test for a 1000 miles. Might need another engine.

I had an Oil change, tire rotation, and routine inspection. I was pleased with the service and everyone was very friendly and helpful
