Both times I have been there they have handled me very quickly and efficiently. They have given me good advice on what needs to be done and what can be done at my next visit. Everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful.

My husband went in for a state inspection. They came back saying it didn't pass due to my windows being tinted and we still were charged a fee. A week later I went to the actual dealership and was out in 10 minutes with a passed inspection. Use to be a go-to spot but we are disappointed in their service and won't be coming back.

Happy that where able to fix the AC but just noticed they didn’t put the caps back on my AC system.. found 1 by hood latch and broken clip not sure from where and found this “POWERPROBE”.. curious to know what this belongs too

The mechanics were super friendly I just had to stop by to get air in my tires. To be honest I was extremely surprised with how friendly everyone was! Thank you for helping me and not making me feel dumb for not knowing how to put air in my own tires lol Happy holidays

Failed my inspection claiming tint AND CHARGED ME!!!!! I've NEVER been charged if I've failed inspection EVER! Left went down the road passed inspection ZERO problems. I do feel like this place is a scam and I wish I would have read the reviews. EDIT.. response to SPA response: ALL inspections places have to follow the rules when inspecting vehicles. The rules were followed when they passed my vehicle with the tint the same day less than an hour after you failed it!!! You got my money... Either way rules were followed (I didn't rip my tint off and then illegally tint it darker after passing inspection as you suggested) and my car passed!!!! Not sure why other than you trying to squeeze every $ you can out of a service you will no longer be able to offer in January. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Fast work and professional interactions every time my wife and I have stopped in. I was really happy today when I mentioned my heater wasn't working well, and they recommended a coolant flush. My car heater is now working better than ever since buying this car. A different mechanic had recommended a $350 manual repair, so their service worked and saved me time and money.

SCAMMERS. Don’t go here. The button on the shifter in my car got stuck so I couldn’t shift out of neutral and drive. I’m here alone so I didn’t have a choice but to bring it in to get checked out. After 3 days they finally told me I need to replace the shifter assembly which, in total, would cost $1600. I decided to order one online for less than $200 and my brother drove 3 hours to me to fix it. Turns out there wasn’t anything wrong, there was just something stuck inside the shifter cover, which flew out as soon as he popped it off. It’s fine. That was it. These scam artists almost charged me $1600. For something that would’ve taken less than an hour of labor and zero parts. DO NOT go here. Absolutely ridiculous.

They are very nice place is clean and they show and tell everything that needs to be done and will tell you what is the most importance to be done if you don’t want to spend a lot of money doing everything. Have been going to them since they first opened and will keep going until they prove they are not doing a good job anymore.

I was in another city and my alternator needed replacement over the weekend, so I could return home on Sunday. The mechanic made my job a priority and fixed it by Saturday afternoon. Really appreciate him doing that. Works great. Made it home and wife is driving it all week. Thanks again for the fast service.

My family has used Service Plus for routine maintenance, component replacements and unscheduled repairs on our cars for years with no problems. Performance at the latest visit for an air conditioning repair was not up to their usual standards. The bumper cover removed during the job had not been reinstalled correctly. It took some extra time, but once the shop understood what the problem was, they resolved it to my satisfaction.

I walked up saying I needed a battery and wanted to know if it was in stock. The guy tells me we'll pull it in 10 minutes. I said but is it in stock.... he said we'll check. 45 minutes later I find out they don't have it in stock. Wasted 45 minutes of my time. If they charge $150 an hour for labor they should respect my time equally = $112.

My check engine light came on....no idea what was wrong. I dropped it off with service plus for a diagnostic review. They determined it was a faulty solenoid valve and gave me the cost upfront. I approved the work. They had to order the parts and it was quickly repaired within a day half. It took a day to get the parts in. The work is warrantied for 2 years. Great job!!

UPDATE: I took my car to another shop where I saw their tint meter measure my tint and the meter read the tint percentage in a legal percentage. Inspection passed with no problem at another shop. Customer service is terrible. They do not work with you on simple basic things for customer satisfaction. I have taken multiple cars in the past there but its gone downhill. Usually a lot better communication before charging clients, but now they did not communicate and only charged so be careful. I have taken my car there in the past with the exact same tint (it is not very dark tint) where it passed multiple years. Now going back with the same car, nothing changed and they say its to dark and charge me. What was ok to do over and over is now not ok and also not communicated that its now not ok, and then I get charged anyway. Very frustrating.

We brought our cars in for their state inspections. They were super fast and super friendly. As soon as you drive in, they notice you. They come right to your car and ask what they can do for you. It also doesn't hurt that this location is sitting right next to the best carne asada tacos! 😆
