The service team at Cedar Bluff location was great from start to finish and my car drives more smoothly. Thanks guys!

I used to bring my own synthetic Mobil oil for my Prius and they would do it in 10 mins for $20-$25. Now they dont accept you bringing your own oil and the comment the service person made was “Its like bringing your own steak to a reataurant.” Is it? How necessary is that comment? I mean, theres all sorts of health and safety concerns but with oil thats sealed and brand new, its the company that you choose and the one your engine has used forever. So no its not the same. And I can just do the change myself but you lost out on $200 in annual revenue and $50 in tips for your guys (not including potential upsell packages) Thanks, but no thanks!

Traveling a long distance and stopped nearby for the night. They were able to squeeze me in the next morning and check concerns on my vehicle to make sure the rest of my trip would be fine. Very friendly and helpful.

Great customer service

I waited and watched the service technician diagnose my car in the bay. Jerry was fantastic and truly was a great experience working with him. When I returned to tow my car home, Tyler told me multiple lies about test driving my car with no transmission and the cost I authorized to diagnose. Fortunately my complaints were heard and I didn’t pay the fraudulent charges and I understand the morals of the Service Street team and will find a new mechanic.

We took my wife's car here due to a warranty claim on her car. This was supposed to be the place that her warranty company worked with. The reason we decided to do the warranty was the car was a hour from our house and it was overheating. There was no way to get it home. It was a complete waste of time and money. Between me and my wife talking to them the price kept changing it went up or down depending on different factors. I knew what the problem was when I took it in, and it was covered under the warranty with a 250 dollar deductible. That part was fine, but the bill for an additional 1000 dollars, and it got as high as 1800 for my wife, was completely ridiculous. There was an additional charge for changing a part that was not covered under warranty which was acceptable but over 300 dollars to replace a part they already had to take off was ridiculous. It was a 80 dollar part all they had to do was bolt it to the new water pump instead of the used one. The reason I took it in for the warranty was to save time for myself not to get completely ripped off. Even to get the water pump replaced only which the warranty covered was 700 dollars after they added various different fees that added up to more than the warranty work was to replace the water pump. These fees included a diagnostic fee, shop fees, sales tax and something else. Guess the 250 dollar deductible was just a starting point. I called 2 different times to talk to them with zero luck for a solution. Called the main customer service number to get a nice lady who completely agreed they were overcharging me, and she was passing my information to the regional manager. I still have not received that phone call. So if you want to be completely taken advantage of because they do warranty claims here go ahead. I just ended up fixing the car myself for 200 dollars and a couple of hours of my time after towing it home. After I had to pay the close to 200 dollars to get the car back. To say it was the worst experience I've ever had at a repair shop in over 20 years is an understatement. They may do great work, but for the price it would be worth it to just go to the dealership and save money. I waited a few days before writing this review hopeful the regional manager would call me back for a resolution to the complete ridiculous price because we had a warranty and this is where we had to go. It never came. Guess they just want money from unsuspecting hard working people who thought buying a car warranty would help with repair costs in the future instead of costing them more money because they have a warranty.

Great auto repair shop in Cedar Bluff near Knoxville! I stopped by to have my tire repaired and they took care of me right away and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Thank you to Jerry in the front office as he was very respectful and professional! Thank you also to the technician that fixed my tire! We will definitely be back and would highly recommend!!!

I scheduled an appointment and they were ready for me when I arrived at the scheduled time. They not only changed my oil but also rotated the tires and did a full inspection to confirm there was nothing else needed. They also told me about the five pack, which I took advantage of because it is a great deal. This is the second time I have gone there, with a different vehicle, and the service is excellent

Took are car here about a year ago,was curious to see if they had changed there way of doing business. By the looks of the reviews their still ripping people off. This is no longer cedar bluff auto. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE BACK YARD MECANICS. They are all paid by commission sales. When we had are car towed out of there I asked the supposed mechanic why so many roofing nails in the parking lot, he said it's for job security. True story. They should take down all the good reviews from previous owners, very misleading.

This place is amazing! An unexpected car repair need was discovered during a tune-up and fully shown and explained to me in detail. Tyler Herndon wrote up the summary and answered all of my many questions with patience. James Anderson did all of my labor and was so professional and kind. I was able to use a coupon I had previously received in the mail. Tyler assisted me in getting a Visa gift card activated and they even sent a FREE Lyft driver so I could get back to the shop when my repairs were done. NICE! I truly felt well taken care of and will continue to bring my car to this location for trusted repairs and maintenance!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! The entire staff knows what they're talking about, they don't stiff ya when it comes to prices, and they give an accurate assessment of the vehicle to figure out what's wrong. 10/10 recommend!

My company truck broke down 13 hours away from home. Fan clutch, tensioner, and belt were all ruined, so we were stuck! Called multiple shops and was told it’d be a few days wait. Came across this place and right away the workers (Jerry and Tyler) got us in, and told us they’d have it ready by the morning. Sure enough, they called us in the morning and we were promptly back on the road. Really appreciate their business, and beyond happy with the professional and friendly service that Jerry and Tyler provided. Thank you very much Service Street!

I had a good experience with getting tires put on my jeep here simple and easy. Most of the people I spoke with were kind and no issues. The big issue is with my jeep being older it has had oil leaks and work done on from many shops in the knoxville area. After my tire experiance I wanted to give them a chance to work on my oil leak issue I drove there a few days prior before getting the work done to ask about diagnosing oil leak for guidence on the areas where new seals/gaskets/ect needed to be replaced as I have had to replace many since getting this and I like to work on my jeep but when it comes to diagnosing I like to have a shop help me out so I dont throw all the parts at it helps with fixing issues that will pop up but can get very expensive. So I arrived a few days before i came back to drop off my jeep. Based on the tech rough outline on price to diagnose and clean engine of old oil roughly about 180$ thats all good for a diagnose which is 90-100$ at most places and extra for the supplies to degrease engine awesome no issues. Came back few days later and let them start that work issues start. I was not told that same thing on the day for roughly 180$ I was told nothing and I though oh they must remember from the day or two before and think nothing of it. I get a call later saying it will be 200$ ish to degress engine and replace valve cover gasket on my inline 6 as the tech said it was leaking BAD I was like yeah replace it becasue I have had to replace it before 10$ for the gasket just cork nothing crazy and like 12 small bolts and two hoses that attach the valve cover on the inline 6 super easy to take off and lay down the new cork cheap gasket with some of the seal goo (forgot name of that stuff) and reattach bolts. im like awesome 200$ some for that about what they said the other day. NOT knowing when they called me that 200$ was on top of the previous unmade verbal amount for the diagnose and cleaning. Im still with my roommate at green house and I get another call I miss call so call back and they told me its done and the Cost will be $450 ish (dont remember exact amount) and to come pick up jeep and they asked before they told me to jeep is ready is for $600 they can fully degrease engine to find leak . Once I heard that it snapped in my head is this extra $600 on top of current bill because that is what they just did to me. Maybe I should have known when they give me a amount its on top of previous amount and with them not breaking down it is HUGE miscommunication to a not fully informed authorization for work. Im not happy at this point reject the $600 ish cost not knowing if that is full amount or the next add on cost to complete a engine degrease I thought was done with the valve cover gasket. I come pick up jeep pay my bill of the $450 some and drive away with still leaking jeep I give it benefit knowing that because I rejected work they could not guarantee the fix which is fine in that regard not forgiving the situation as whole. After a few weeks now the engine still leaks same amount so the valve cover had no effect still fill jeep with 2-3 quarts of oil a week. Today I go to valvoline instant Oil place and I arrive to get oil change as it was low because I can hear my lifters tick in engine when I accelerate. I get 30$ with coupon oil change the tech there is like your oil filter was very loose on arrival. So after all of this how did NO ONE think to check to see if oil filter was loose for a paid diagnostic of a OIL leak issue. Maybe I should have tried that valid but for a paid oil leak diagnose issue I would think check gaskets see of new oil leaking and check to see if oil filter is tight and has not holes in it for any reason. If i asked for a oil change I could have spent way less and got issue fixed as the cause of the whole leak was a loose oil filter no drop from engine after I had the oil changed at Valvoline. I hope this helps someone to be informed to be cautious around this shop.

The staff was very friendly and customer area was clean. They explained everything the vehicle needed. I was even more impressed by the customers coming in to get their vehicles and they verbally stated in various ways that they were very happy with their services.
