The communication and ability to convey time expectations between the parker, co location and this location would make you believe this could only be a franchisee's difference. I've had one prior experience at this exact location that was agreeable, but 10/12/24 was not even close to compare. I set an appointment at 0730 (because if you offer early, I will go early ANTICIPATING you have staff and the correct staff to handle needs) and alloted about 4-5 hours for a rotate and balance, oil change, and tune up. When I was informed the tune up tech (who was not master, I was inquired what tune up services I would need as they couldn't provide all of them) wouldn't arrive until noon, I opted to just have the first two items completed and return later. My first check up was to inform me I needed tie rod replacement and other services that I did not have time for, I was informed that the service tech that could do it, would arrive at ~10. I was approached ~12 to be told one tie road was done and the other would be completed, then the alignment and drive. Around 130 I was told they still needed to complete the drive and I saw my car leave... If we're being gracious...1420. I did not leave the shop until about 1510. I will say in the morning I was offered a ride service, but i believed my time allowance and planning would be sufficient. At this juncture, I appreciate the services provided but my time was disrespected on a level that I cant/won't understand. If you are considering it, they can do a myriad of services but I would suggest 1. ANYTHING beyond an oil change is a 4hr+ time allotment 2. Anything major is likely a day allotment. 3. Let my learning moment save you something, have someone you know be your taxi driver, you'll see your car LATER that day, barring major stuff. I know my experience is not what everyone will encounter but having planned the way I did, there are some areas of slack to address. Staff is friendly enough.

I’ve had the best experiences at Service Street. Joel, the Service Advisor, helped me more than once when I was in a pinch with my Jeep. He worked with me on price, communicated every issue along the way, and made the process effortless. It’s rare to find a down to earth service advisor with the tact and professionalism he provides. He provided fantastic, top tier customer service, making my non-functioning Jeep less of a burden. Thank you Joel! Mike, the mechanic, did a great job fixing the Jeep within my budget and explaining all mechanical aspects of the job. Thanks Mike! I gotta say it’s nice to have a shop I can rely on and I will continue to take my vehicles to Service Street.

Quality work always delivered at a fair price. And, they are TRUSTWORTHY. Most recently, I brought my wife’s car in with a problem that they quickly diagnosed and said they could fix. However, they also shared that the repair could be accomplished for free at the dealer as it was a warranty item. Not stopping there, they also provided me a printout that detailed the problem and showed it had been flagged by Toyota as a recurring issue. This was all done without charge. Their honesty not only saved me a lot of money, the information they provided explaining the issue was critical as the dealer initially pushed back on accomplishing the needed repairs. There are other Service Streets closer to my home but I will also drive the extra 15 minutes as I trust the Northshore team.

Everyone I've met at the Northshore location has been amazing. Honest, knowledgeable, and doing quality work. I have several cars, and I'm always working on one of them, but I don't have all the time in the world. So, it's great to finally find a shop where I trust everyone when I bring one of them in for service. This is definitely my new regular shop!

Everyone was extremely friendly right from the get go. I loved that they walked my husband and I back to my car so we could see exactly what the problem was that they were talking about. I will be returning in the future for my service needs.

I had a terrific experience this morning at Service Street Auto! I made my apartment online and as I walked in the door, was greeted by the staff. Braden listened to my car concern and sent my car to Mike who was quick to diagnose and resolve my concern! I was in and out quickly and there was no bill for a quick resolution! I am confident with my car and have already recommended this business to others in my workplace!

New to the area, so glad we found Service Street Auto Repair. Brittany, Joel and Michael and the whole team are amazing. They welcomed us in, went out of their way to keep us informed with what was going on and stayed by our side until our vehicle was ready to go home. Can’t say enough good things. Highly recommend!

Brought car in for alignment check due to uneven wear on recently new tires. Staff was curtious, professional, and efficient. Check revealed suspension system was all good and only needed an alignment. Alignment was done right then and completed quickly. I will absolutely be coming back for any work needed in the future.

This shop was wonderful. The hospitality and service was unlike I’ve had anywhere else. I stopped in because I was in town on vacation having car troubles. They were more than helpful and waived my diagnostic fee even though I did not have them fix my repair. If you’re out of town and need reliable, trusted service there your repair shop!

Total scam. Took my car in because it was overheating. Charged me $200 just for a diagnostic!!! Then told me it would be $2300 to fix. My husband said that didn't seem right so we took it to another place and thank goodness we did!!! 1. We got a free diagnostic 2. Only $560 to fix it!! I will never recommend service street. Total rip off.

While I was treated with kindness, respect and warmth and the office was very clean and welcoming, I will not be back. I do want to add that when I first visited to schedule my service on my car, they replaced my belly shield clips that were missing and did not charge for that. When I returned to have my car serviced, in addition to being serviced, I asked them to find out why my car is overheating, I suspected fan or thermostat, it was the radiator fan. I was told to find out what was wrong with fan they would need to run diagnostics which is $165.00. This didn't sound right to me at all, seemed to me that could be determined without an expensive diagnostics test. I was also told I had water in my brake lines and needed a brake fluid flush, which I also questioned because my brakes are showing no issues at all. I normally go to Matlock's Tire but they aren't open on Saturdays. Today I left my Jeep with Matlock's, and within 10 minutes they were able to tell me what was wrong with my fan, without diagnostics. They also test drove the car, and spent hours checking everything out, and told me my brake fluid is great, it doesn't need anything and there is no water in it. Whether being given the wrong information was deliberate in an attempt to get money for things not needed, or unintentional, I no longer trust this company to work on my car. I literally had to borrow money to fix my car, I make $32,000 a year. Every week is struggle to get to the next. $165 for uneccessary diagnostics and extra money for an uneeded brake fluid flush, is the last thing I need on top of essential repairs.

Gene was friendly and helpful. I had previously went to a different location that was closer to me and they wouldn’t even run a simple code diagnostic without being paid almost 200$ first. This location was helpful and informative and wasnt just trying to get money out of me. I will be returning to this location for future repairs.

Went to get a old Corolla looked at that I just bought. They knew the problem within 5 minutes and gave me a quote for it. Answered my initial call right away. Amazing customer service. Will be back in the future for any of my car needs.

I cannot say enough great things about this place. Brittany, Jeff, and the service guys, THANK YOU! It's so great to have a neighborhood service shop that does everything. No need to make appointments, they are there from 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Saturday. Most importantly to me is their kindness, smiling faces and helpful attitudes. They genuinely appreciate their customers and it shows!

Now I see why there were other negative reviews. Total waste of my time I told them I already knew the error code for my check engine light what would they charge to fix it told me to come down they would make sure that was the correct code and would run diagnostic for free after waiting over an hour I was told that is correct but they need a further diagnostic that would cost me $200 just to find out what exact sensor and then they could give me a cost and I would have to wait another hour. Totally lied about free diagnostic went to Precision Tune who was honest up front charged me $75 and only waited 45 min to get all I needed!

They did a great job of informing me of issues with my oil change and upcoming manufacturer recommended service schedules. Much better than going to Jiffy Lube or those other quick oil change places.

Used to reccomend but took my car in for struts,shocks and alignment (3k btw) came out and the bolts to my windshield wipers were missing. We had a rainy Christmas so while I'm sure those who worked on my vehicle got to see their loved ones I was struggling to pull out from work. Attempted to reach out was told the gm would call but no one's followed up. Tried requesting legal dept's info in order to request camera footage and no one seemed to know how to go about that. This wasn't a pricey fix but since it was on the holiday I had no way of fixing it to go home. Previously this same shop has left dry rags on my engine as well. If you HAVE to go here make sure you check ALL your vehicle before you leave. Cause they have no customer support once you're off the lot.
