The service department here has gone way down hill. It's unfortunate, because they use to be my go-to shop. I will be bringing my business elsewhere. They are overpriced and inexperienced. Don't use Sheboygan Chevy Service!

You should consider having better hours. Its ridiculous only having the lunch hour to get this done since you have DMV hours (7:30am thru 4:30 pm), and not being able to get this done because the line is full of retirees a mile long. It would be more helpful to have the same hours as the quick lube and be able to get this done on a Saturday.

Emissions tests are useless anyway but sitting in line for over an hour and a half makes it even more frustrating. Only one station open instead of two on a busy Monday. People trying to get a oil change were confused by the line, cones could be set up better!

Approximately a week ago I called about a problem with my truck, which I purchased from them. I was told service manager was busy, but would get called back. No call. I called again, left message, several days no call back. Shockingly bad service.

They say that they are open until 4:30 pm. For emissions testing. I got there around 4:15 and they had already closed the emissions line.

Went in for an emissions test on my car. So simple. All I had to do was sit in line with the other cars and pull up when it was my turn. The guy just had me get out of the front seat while he plugged in something by the lever where you pop the hood. Super quick, and it was done! Only thing I had to worry about was if my car was going to pass. And it did! So awesome
