The Staff at Sevcik's is first class and always takes care of the customer. I am very pleased and will continue to recommend them! Victor Martinez went above and beyond ! You are more than a customer, you are family! I was broke down in South Houston! Victor coordinated getting a tow truck to pick up my car and Tow in from Richmond Tx. We got there about 10 pm! Victor came with his wife to pick me up and get me home! The next day he had ordered parts and had my car up and running! Sevcik’s is part of my family since 1988! I live in Illinois and my son is a student at Texas A&M. Being 884 miles away from him is tough, in more ways than one. My sons Ford Focus, needed some repairs that were, too much for my busy student, and out of my reach. A friend of mine, told me to call Mr Sevcik. She’d heard about his good reputation from people in the area. I called Mr Sevcik, and explained the situation. He said, “Don’t worry about a thing Mr Russell, I’ll go get the car and get it back to him asap.” And he did exactly that. I’m very happy with everyone I spoke to, and how well they treated my son. Canon knows to call Sevcik Service Center directly when he has any trouble. I highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Sevcik's!! I was stranded 3 hours from home unexpectedly. Mark and his crew had me up and running very quickly. Today I drove 3 hours back to have some more unrelated work done to my vehicle just because of the service I received before. THIS is my new shop now and I will gladly drive 3 hours for them to service my vehicle in the future!

Paid a substantial amount of money to get the car overheating issue fixed. They said they fixed it only for it to break down with a cracked head gasket for what they say is Unknown reasons.

Tried to have my 20gallon propane tank filled there. After waiting outside about 10 minutes after being told someone would come to fill it, I had to go back in and ask for someone to come out to fill it. I finally did have someone, but he was unable to figure out how to get it to fill my tank. I have gotten my propane filled there once before and they overfilled it, and only had stopped filling it after I had to tell them they were overfilling it. Already by a few gallons. Their staff there when it comes to propane filling are amateur and uneducated, I doubt even having their proper certification. I give them a single star, as all they did was waste my time.

So I called ahead. Saturday to explain what i needed done to my truck . Needed front end components repaired or replaced. The guy said bring it in on Monday. I told him Monday when I dropped it off i need it back on Wednesday for my business. I call Wednesday morning for the status and he said I will get my technician to start on it to see what needs to be done. I asked him why would I drop it off. Rent a car. When could have been driving it? They really need someone up front that doesn't make false promises. You have to listen to your customers. Don't make false promises. They are probably good at small repairs etc. As I see in some of the good reviews. Edit!: I did receive a welcome call from Pat. It was great talking to him. It sounds like this they will be doing needs to be done so this problem will not occur again. Pat seems like an awesome Czech and Aggie! Gig em! BTHO everyone thus year!

The mechanics seemed inexperienced, and the quality of work reflected that-my car broke down just days after the repair. To make matters worse, they were rude when I tried to address the problem.

Do not take your vehicle here for a diagnostic test. I brought my vehicle to them saying hey I just replaced this part and the issue isn’t resolved, it must be something else. They charged me over $80 for a diagnostic fee and gave me a quote for the part I JUST REPLACED which I had told them wasn’t the issue. Had to figure it out and fix it on my own, turns out I was right and they were wrong. Thanks for stealing my money. Reading a scanner isn’t $80 worth of work, I did that myself for FREE at a parts store. If you know the issue and can’t fix it on your own they will do a good job, but if you’re not sure what’s wrong, go someplace else.

This shop did repair my vehicle promptly, BUT they were pushy about trying to convince me to approve other repairs. The other repairs would triple my bill! When I got my car back and took it to another mechanic for a second opinion, turns out those other repairs were not needed! They were adamant that the rear brake pads and rotors needed replacing. Turns out that they aren't even close to being needed! Also, be aware that they charge a diagnostic fee of 82.50. this fee was added to my bill at the very last minute, after I turned down the other recommended repairs. It was not on my original estimate. (A diagnostic fee to diagnose problems that didn't exist, ugh.)

I recently had my car towed to Sevcik's due to a dead alternator. They were very quick repairing it (done within 2 days) and the staff was so pleasant! They also found a leak in my power steering hose and called to ask if I would like it fixed while it was there. I told them that the additional cost was alright with me, but they did not charge me for the parts because they wanted to thank me for trusting them, even though I did not originally take it in for the leak. My car was finished at their closing time on Saturday, but they called me immediately to pick it up and stayed open late so that I would not have to wait until Monday to get my car (They are closed on Sunday). They are fantastic to work with and I would recommend them to anyone in the College Station/Bryan area!

The person I purchased my vehicle from recomended them to fix the handle for my turn signal. When I got there it was like a car junk yard outside the bays with cars literally everywhere. But I figured hey maybe they are popular. So I went inside and I was advised to speak with the person who owned the shop as he was a good friend of the person who recomended them. They refused to let me speak to him even though I could see him through a window. Now granted the guy behind the desk did give him a message for me but the chick behind the desk was rude beyond anything and basically told me that he wasn't going to waste his time on me and if I wanted my car fixed I could leave it with them and they might get to it by monday. Which was 5 days away. I fixed it myself in less than an hour. Fix your attitude ma'am. You just lost an entire family of business.

Great staff, from phones to the mechanics. Jose was amazing and very knowledgeable. He took the time to diagnose and check everything I had concerns about, then explained in detail what the repair would consist of, as well as my options. Also very reasonably priced. I will be returning from another city to make sure my repairs are done here. I would definitely recommend.

I never had to worry about how long until my car was fixed. They had my car fixed in a matter of a day or two. Very professional and very sweet people. I will absolutely use their service again, when needed!

I went in due to vibrating when idled and found out that all three of my engine mounts needed to be replace! It was resonably priced, done the next day, and they were all nice! Afterwards, I realized some vibrating was still happening and in my break pedal when reversing was the worse of it. I brought it in and they looked at it instantly, driving it to see what I was feeling. They took my transmission mount off and reattach to secure it better, free of charge! TI was ensured that I am in no harm with how secured it is. I cannot stress how nice and patient they were with me, I will definitely come back!

Went in not knowing 100% what was wrong with my car (it was making horrible clanking noises). They took it in right away, and I was afraid it was going to cost an arm and a leg since that’s what usually happens at mechanic shops. It was such an easy two minute fix that they took care of it right then and said not to even worry about it. I’m so grateful they were able to immediately fix it and were all kind. Definitely will go back if needed because they can be trusted unlike other places I’ve had to go in town.
