Shadden provides excellent service at a very fair price. They recently replaced four TPS (tire pressure sensors) on my Toyota at less than half the cost the Dealer was going to charge. Over the last several years, they have also replaced tires, brakes, AC compressor, batteries, and oil on both of my cars. I have been extremely happy with their price and quality of work.

WOW, what a great experience!! My wife and I are from out of state and we are in Crossville visiting family. Our low tire light came on and I ask family who does a good job with tires here? They tell me Shadden Tire. I looked at my tires before going to Shadden and discover the back passenger tire has a very bent valve stem that needed to be replaced and the front passenger was a little low in air. When I get to Shadden I am met with smiles and great customer service as I tell them want I have going on with my tires. the gentlemen at the counter tell me they can get me in, in about 30 minutes. They had my vehicle in before 30 minutes and checked my vehicle over and replaced the bent valve stem and checked the front tire out, but discovered no leaks. When I went to pay them for the repair and their time and service, they said you are all set, NO CHARGE, HAVE A GREAT DAY! I am beyond pleased and as I walked out I couldn't help but smile and wish more businesses could have the same customer service. These guys are fantastic!

Walked in for an oil change. Waited less than an hour. Surprised that they rotated the tires on my car. No one mentioned this was going to be done.

I had periodic warranty rotation on tires and they took care of rotation, balancing and also fixed a slow leak that turned out to be a tiny nail. They patched it. In and out in record time! Great service! Travis was ever so courteous and helpful, as well as instrumental in routing my service and getting it done thoroughly and quickly! I use Shadden a lot in recent years.

First time at Shaddens today & nothing but positive things to say!! I spoke with Travis before I came to see if they had my tire size in, very nice polite & patient. When I arrived I was helped in the parking lot by a gentleman named Greg who assisted me in getting my wheelchair out. Went inside, continued help from Greg. I waited about 3 hours, not horrible. Had to get 4 new tires, oil change, & an alignment. They were super busy, short staff but still were getting people in & out & assisting as well as customers came in. Very spacious wheelchair accessible bathroom so that’s a plus! They kept me in loop about situation & talked to me & were very upfront & helpful! When leaving, Greg assisted me back to my car, put stuff back in with my spare tire & even put some WD-40 on the back of my wheelchair when it was giving me a hard time raising the back up & down. Amazing customer service. Reasonable prices. Fast workers. Definitely had a great first time experience!!

Great attention to details! I am very pleased with their installation of 4 new tires, a 4-wheel alignment, and full synthetic oil change with filter. The people here are car enthusiasts. They take great pride in their work and will work on your vehicle like it was their own. That's hard to find nowadays. Thank you!

Normally I don’t write bad reviews unless it’s just a truly ridiculous experience. Usually don’t take my vehicles to Shadden’s, but back in December I didn’t have a choice and got my oil changed and tires rotated. Everything was fine. Fast forward a few months later when I was at my dealership getting an oil change/tire rotation. Found out that the key was missing for my locking lug nuts. Seeing as how Shadden’s worked on them last, I called them. They couldn’t find a key, so they offered to order a new set. Fine. Never heard back from them, so called a few days later and they told me “oh yeah we’ve got them here.” I live out of town now, so made plans to get the new set when I came back to Crossville. When I went to pick them up, the lug nuts they ordered were the wrong set (chrome and not locking). Told me they’d order a new set and have them delivered to my address. A week and a half goes by, no lug nuts. Called the shop and they said they weren’t sure what was going on but would call the company that they ordered from to find out and let me know that day. Again, no response at all. Had to call back today to finally get a response and they tell me “oh yeah, the lug nuts are in. They got here last Thursday or Friday.” Extremely frustrating, but even more so because I had driven through Crossville over the weekend and could have picked them up if I had been notified. It’s bad enough that they lost the lug nut key to begin with, but the absolutely pathetic customer service is the cherry on top. A lot of locals love this place, but the few times I’ve dealt with them I’d rather use someone else and this whole incident has made sure I’ll never return to them for anything.

Shadden tire did me right my center caps come off on the interstate after them putting new tires on my vehicle And they did not hesitate to replace them. They are very good people and very trustworthy and I will let them work on my car anytime.good ppl thanks shadden Bryan England

They were personable,professional I have no complaints about the service. The 4 tires were $ 352 but out the door with tax, install and fees it was $ 530ish. You do get a free alignment, and a free oil change, which makes the total easier to swallow. I would send my family here

I hit a pot hole and had a knot in the side of my tire while traveling. They got us in and out within 45 minutes. Super nice staff and we're thankful that they could get us back up and running. Thanks guys!!!

We were trying to get home from Pigeon Forge from a company Xmas party and a wheel caliper broke on our car, they got us in right away, fixed everything, checked our brakes in less than an hour, and only charged us $60.00. We got on our way home on a good note to end our Holiday mini-vacation! I recommend 👌!
