⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at this tire and auto shop! From the moment I walked in, it was clear that they are dedicated to doing the job right. The team was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything in detail. They went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was in top condition, and I really appreciated their honest, professional approach. I recently had a fantastic experience at Shamrock Tire that I just have to share! After doing my research and knowing the nail in my tire was in a repairable area, I scheduled an appointment at Discount Tire, where I waited hours only to be told they couldn’t repair my flat and tried to sell me new tires instead. I was feeling pretty frustrated. Thankfully, I googled other tire places and Shamrock popped up. I remember purchasing my Toyo Tires from there like 15 years ago and decided to give Shamrock Tire a shot on 8/2/24. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and professional. They took a quick look at my tire and immediately took it in. No questions, no hesitation and no selling! Within no time, they had my tire fixed and ready to go! The best part? When I went to pay, they informed me that I wouldn’t be charged because I had waited too long (done in less than 30 mins). The guys were professional, helpful and explained everything. They corrected the balance issue with my tires from ANOTHER shop and also the fact that a DIFFERENT shop mounted 2 of our tires backwards. Highly recommend these guys and will be going back when time to replace our other tires.

This place is the BEST around! I had went to R and R express on 47th and Broadway and they gave me wrong information about my vehicle. Shamrock got my car serviced and up to par appropriately with no get ups or false information! I HIGHLY recommend them for all your tire needs! They provide satisfaction GUARANTEED! ❤️

We called before making the trip and after giving them our vehicle info they advised over the phone they had the tire valve extension piece we needed and even said if they happened to not have it, they could “make it” for us. When we went there today that wasn’t the case at all. We were met with unprofessionalism and rudeness, and not only were we told they did not have what we needed, they claimed we “couldn’t have been told” what we were told over the phone when we called. The guys there just didn’t want to help us, perhaps because they didn’t see white customers in front of them. The world is full of all kinds of people whether you like it or not and everyone should be treated fairly and with respect.

Went for two new front tires and alignment. They said they could not do the alignment because the outer tie rod ends were seized. I took my car to another business and they completed the alignment without changing any parts and the tires they put on were not balanced correctly and the the air pressure was not the same in both tires it was 5 lb difference.

Helped me out big time. I somehow got a drillbit in my tire, and walmarts tire technician told me it wasn't fixable. Shamrock had it repaired in less time than it took me to get the spare tire off. Guy told me he was going to add the mangled drillbit to his jar of things he's removed from tires.

I had a slow leak in my tire. I took it here and told them about it. They took all my info and told me it would be 45min. I decided to wait in the lobby. It took them 25 minutes. They found a Brad nail, removed it, patched it and I was on my way after I paid. Wonderful service!

Just stopped and picked up a tire that Walmart could not fix. All I had in my pocket was a $100 bill. They didn't have change as it was when they first opened. They told me they would just let me take the tire and don't worry about it. This is a business that strives to make the customer happy. They are professional and efficient. They will have all my business from now on.
