This place is the best, the service that they provide is unmatched. Pricing is fair and reasonable, honestly cheaper then most, but the work is efficient and top tier. I recently bought a vehicle from Alex, and in about a week the transmission had went out, (bought as is), I called them and they where more than willing to help and accommodate me through out the whole ordeal. They provided me with a loaner vehicle as I drive for work (Carrier). Once they were finished, I asked what could we work out as far as a payment for the work. Alex assured me that it was taken care of and that there was no need for payment. I was in shock and grateful at the same time. Always a smooth and worry free experience when I come with any of my car troubles. Highly recommend them to anyone I know. Thanks again Sharp.

The old guy, I guess the owner, is too rude for me. After several recommendations I took my car there and he acted like I was bothering him. Wouldn't spend a dime there.

Highly recommend took my 2002 Toyota Highlander could not be more satisfied with the service I went in for 2 knock sensors replace engine clean and spartplugs didn’t mind the wait because they came highly recommended and Mr S was pleasant just need patience and an attitude of gratitude.

I was recommended to this place in 2021 by the then-Motor Cars Toyota for simple exhaust repairs they were unwilling to do. The workers here are good but Sergey is a little difficult to communicate with. First time in 2021 was a decent experience, this time not so much - I asked for an oil change in addition to the weld repair and he didn’t hear me. So now I have to go somewhere else for that on a separate trip and I’m not happy about it. But yet again the weld repair was good and I appreciate that the work was done fast. If you have some patience or need more flexibility than a dealer will give you on repairs this is a solid place to go.

DISHONEST. TRIED TO CHARGE ME $350 FOR UNNECESSARY PARTS AND LABOR. After the owner Sergey told me it would cost me $350 to fix the cable for trunk latch on my 2014 Corolla, I went to Superb Automotive Repair at 2044 Noble Road in East Cleveland for a second opinion. Superb owner Melvin Brooks showed me how to pop the cable back into place and charged me zero dollars to do it. Then he quoted me a very reasonable price for my car's regular maintenance which is due. His price is less than the dealer's. From now on, Superb is the only auto shop I'll use. After I spoke to Melvin, I went back to Sharp and asked Sergey to confirm that my repair would cost $350. He said, "Yes. For parts and labor." I told him what Melvin said and said he (Sergey) was a liar and thief. Stay away from Sharp -- especially if you're a black woman. Go to Superb. In addition to being a liar and theif, Sergey was very rude when I first told him about the problem I was having with my car. He scowled at me and behaved as if I was a nuisance for telling him what was wrong with my car.

They are the best around. I have a ford E250 2013 and needed a transmission rebuild. I brought it in Friday and took it on Monday. They are fast,cheaper then everyone else and the van shifts even better then before. No doubt they know what they are doing.

They know what they're doing! They are pricey, but they are efficient, reliable, and honest. He actually turned down a $2400 job because he said the car was junk and it wouldn't be worth it to fix it. Now that's integrity!

Took car in for tune-up when I received my car back radio no longer working they did not bare no responsibility for there shabby Work ,customer service stinks , cost me Hundreds more elsewhere to purchase new radio, I do not recommend there services BEWARE!!!

Was traveling from out of town to take a family member to the Cleveland Clinic, and suddenly had a terrible vibration that rendered our vehicle almost undrivable. The first place I stopped refused to even take a quick diagnostic look- too busy. Was fortunate to come across Sharp Care next, and even though they were very busy as well, they did a quick test drive and diagnosed the problem immediately (broken shock absorber). When I explained our situation, they offered to expedite the work and even provide a loaner car for free to help with transportation to the clinic. Everything was completed in about 2 hours at a very reasonable price, and they even refused my attempt to provide a tip. Outstanding service. If I lived in the Cleveland area, this is where I would take my repeat business.
