THEY ARE SCAMMERS. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. I see that they deleted my review with my experience! A few years ago I bought a car here and two months later I already had a lot of problems with the car. When I went there to see if they would help me, nothing that happened was covered by the warranty. When I bought the car they told me a price and when I started paying it turned out that I had to pay every two weeks, which they didn't tell me when I bought it. I ended up paying maybe 4 times the value of the car in 4 years.

Best customer service I’ve ever received from an auto shop. Took my car to 4 different mechanics and no one could figure out what was wrong. I found Sharp Deal Auto Repair and he figured it out in less than 24 hours. The shop is easy to find, very clean, and the staff is super friendly. As a woman, it’s very hard to find a trustworthy mechanic that is honest…this shop saved me from getting into car payments prematurely and I’m forever grateful. Has to be the most honest mechanic I've ever met. Went in for my breaks because my dealership said they were ready to be changed. He took a look at them and said it wasn't necessary, not for another year at least. Didn't charge me a dime to get them inspected. Norman is very knowledgeable and took his time to teach me about my car. His staff is also very friendly as well. Definitely take your car to him!

I had a terrible experience with Sharp Deal Auto Repair. They left the emergency brake on in my friend's car, which ended up damaging the braking system and had the audacity to say it was his fault for not realizing it was on when it was them that put the emergency brake on before handing my friend the car back. To make matters worse, they claimed to have fixed the windows, but the windows are still having issues. Their service was not only incompetent but also dishonest. I strongly advise against using their services, as they can't be trusted with even basic automotive repairs.

Most honest mechanic I've ever met. I left Firestone on the corner of Hallandale and Dixie heartbroken with a repair bill of almost $1800. My friends mom recommended Norman and he repaired the ignition coil which was setting off all the sensors and charged me less than $200 for the repair and my car ran just as the day I got it. Stay away from places like Firestone and Tires Plus. Go to real mechanics that have knowledge and experience. Not these franchise mechanics that plug your car in and give you a print out of everything that may or may not be wrong. Always get a 2nd opinion. It saved me big time and big money 💰

One of the head mechanics, a gentleman called Norman, he dealt with my car, as I received my car back i noticed the e brake was left on, one of the workers had reversed the car out WITH THE EMERGEBCY BRAKE ON, I called back once I noticed he had left the emergency brake on and handed it to me without me even knowing, he said I should’ve known it was on, blamed me instead of taking responsibility. Very unprofessional and disrespectful, i had a great opinion of Norman before this but he has showed me he’s nothing but a coward who can’t own up to his own mistakes, it’ll only cost me new brakes and rotors to fix the issues, nothing cheap, but it shows a lot what kind of work they do at Sharp Deal Auto Repair.

Simply the best mechanic. Had several mechanics misdiagnose my dad’s problem. Norman did a thorough troubleshooting and had it fixed in no time. Highly recommended!

Update 8/12/2022 I have returned to this mechanic Norman and his team several times since my initial review. I am happy to continue doing so. I have moved away so coming here is somewhat of an inconvenience but with the trust I have established with this team I don't really see myself going elsewhere Update 12/07 I was contacted December 4th by the management team in regards to my complaint.This alone made me happy to know they cared.They heard me out and apologized sincerely. Norman of The shop asked me to bring the car back. On 12/7 my wife took my car back,i was charged $242 for the new car part,no labor charges included. However now my car is running smoothly. The problems it came in with our now gone. My car isn't perfect but I drive it over 200 miles a day for work and now I feel safer than I did bringing it in. I feel I can once again rely on this auto repair shop. I came here twice and don't expect to come back. I came influenced by the positive reviews on November 19th after losing faith in my prior mechanic. These two mechanics in the picture attached as well as a man named Norman inspected my car. I brought my car in because it continued shaking fiercely while driving 40 miles and over. They deduced it was a damaged left cv axel and a control arm. They did not charge me to inspect my car,they later told me they couldn't find my car parts unless I purchased them directly from the dealer. Norman told me what to look for word for word on ebay. I felt like they were trustworthy. Time passes my parts from ebay arrive. Cut to December 1st I take my car to get repaired with the parts they advised me to get.When my wife picked up the car they told her I need an alignment. December 2nd I went across the street to get an alignment. Those mechanics instantly point out that the mechanic from sharp deal put in the wrong control arm for the car. I walk back across the street to inform the mechanic from sharp deal. Now two different mechanic one from the alignment place and one from sharp deal are discussing the bad control arm. I proceed to ask what happens next. The sharp deal mechanic blames me for getting the wrong part stating that he did his job of installing what he was given further mentioning that to him both control arms my damaged old one and new looked the same. Now December 3rd my car shakes fiercely even while in parked,the yellow ABS signal,the yellow engine warning symbol,and the traction control symbol all appear. I lost $200 in parts and $135 in labor fees. THE WORST THING WAS WHEN THE MECHANIC BLAMED ME AND STATED HE DID WHAT HE WAS PAID TO DO WAS WHEN I LOST TRUST IN THIS COMPANY. Honestly if he had told me mistakes happen, the wrong part was order i may have used them again

I have an a breakdown right in front of the shop and with zero notice they came out didn’t ask me for any money started valuating the problem to get me back on my way turned out to be an alternator which they found the very last one in all of South Florida had it delivered within 45 minutes and had me on my way in an hour and a half at a fair price highly recommended service great people if you’re going to break now and this is the place to do it in front of

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I was referred to Sharp Deal auto repair by a friend and now I have referred them to other friends. This is an honest auto repair shop with great service. Norman is just great honest hard working guy and Maydes in the office is equally great. They are honest, good and reasonable.
