Armando did an amazing job on our car repair after another driver smashed into the back of our car. Car has been fully restored and looks great. Thanks Armando for your wonderful work! Update - had a little issue come up with repair. Called/texted Armondo and he immediately addressed the issue. He came up with a creative way to address a design flaw in the car. Great customer service and support!!!

Armando and his staff was a joy to work with! They were able to get our work estimated, scheduled and completed long before other "bigger" shops could even schedule us for the initial estimate! We worked with Armando and Sharon from the beginning of the insurance claim process through to accepting our car when completed!! Another body shop said they could repair my car for hail damage, and after waiting for months and my car getting in, they said they couldn't. Armando and his family got me in after hearing about what happened. Small family owned business that does quality work. I'd highly recommended them.

I took my Jeep here to have my bumper that fell off put back on. Not only did they do it super fast but they are soooo sweet and friendly!! Totally recommend!!

Terrible service. Does not respect customers’ time. Had a confirmed appointment but no one showed up. Called the owner, who proceeded to tell me to wait around and he’ll get to me eventually. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Would highly suggest looking elsewhere for service.

I have only had good experiences with Sharpz. I really like working with this shop. They have been very easy to work with. They can't always answer the phone right away, because they are busy fixing cars, but they will call you back as soon as they have the chance. If I ever need to speak to them before I get a call back, then I just stop in and speak to them in person. They are always happy to spend a few minutes with me to discuss whatever. They did a very nice job on another car of mine previously. Regarding the car they have currently, there have been delays in starting the work, but that's because some parts are in short supply and the transit companies have a glut of work which has made it difficult to fit in extra large pallets, causing longer than usual delays. Once they had the parts, they started working on this car and gave us an updated completion date estimate. I have every confidence that the work will be done well and on time.

Took my daughters outback in to have the front end repaired after she slid into a few pine trees. Armando did an excellent job for a great price, and finished sooner than we expected.

Communication: 0 stars Quality of work: 1 star Reliability: 1 star Armando seems like a nice guy however... I brought my wife’s car here when she hit an object on the road after Armando was recommended by a family friend. Armando was a nice guy and said he would take care of everything and not to worry. Tried calling him multiple times over the next 2 weeks to ask for an update, no answer and “mailbox is full”. I then get a call from the rental car telling me that they and my insurance company can’t get ahold of him and since it was taking so long (expected repair time was 3 days) that they were no longer covering the rental car. I drove down to the shop on a Friday during business hours and no one was there. Finally walked in Monday morning and got ahold of Armando. He had the car done the next day and let me take it so I could return the rental without paying him (I had lost the check from insurance) Within 2 days of having the car back the front bumper was falling off again and there’s a bad noise under the car from something he failed to repair. I contacted Armando and he said he would fix it if I bring it back, so I showed up at the arranged time for him to fix the bumper and get him paid. No one at the shop during business hours. AGAIN. I called him, no answer. Texted him, waited 5 minutes and left. Got a reply a few minutes after leaving with him asking “where are you”. I replied and told him I’m done with him. No communication, poor quality of work, and unreliable and that I was taking my money and car and going elsewhere. I have not heard back from him since then.

I had my car repaired at Sharpz Auto after an accident. Armando was polite and professional. He worked with me to stay in my budget, and his shop performed excellent work in a relatively short amount of time. I did experience a small issue with my AC after getting my car back, but they checked it out and fixed it very quickly at no extra charge. I would definitely recommend Sharpz Auto to anyone needing repairs or other work done on their car!

Took my 2018 Kia Stinger GT1 for a re-badging. Armando met with me and explained that it would be a quick and easy job. While removing the rear badge the prong on the badge scratched the car causing a pretty deep scar to the paint. Armando tried to fix it to the best of his abilities, but said it needed to be repainted in order to fix it properly. Armando was definitely a Man of his word and fix this scratch with no issues looking good as new. Although mistakes happen he truly took time to help me fix this problem and I appreciate him for that. I will continue business with him. Thank you!
