I am from Mississippi and never had any problems with my truck but my truck went down the front end went out and I told them I really need my truck back in 24 hours but the would take at less three day he told me let me see what I can do and my truck went was ready in 24 hours and it was right don’t run from there prices because they workmanship is outstanding, I will recommend them to anyone💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪

I had brake work on front and rear of my F-150, replace shocks/struts, oil change and clean my battery. Cost was a bit pricey but so far so good. Alex is great and very friendly. I received an electronic evaluation via text of recommended repair work my truck needed. I returned the evaluation and did not hear from anyone. I called to see if my returned evaluation was received and it was. I called several times to check the status of my truck and nobody answered my call. I left a message and nothing. I wasn’t told my truck would not be completed till the next day. I had to cancel plans for the evening. I called a couple times the next day and still was unable to speak with anyone. Around noon time I received a call that my truck was ready. So, I have to say communication was nonexistent. I like the shop and Shea but I hope they read this and understand the importance of communicating with customers. I would give a five star review if someone only took the time to communicate with me.

Everyone I talked to was very helpful. I was hoping to get my car fixed asap and I know other places are always backed up but luckily they were not and got what I needed done, on the same day! They explained everything I needed in detail and answered every question I had. My vehicle is working great and now I have a trusted repair shop I can go to(:

Shea’s Automotive is top notch. First off it’s super clean and organized. Second Shea himself is extremely friendly and kind and knowledgeable. He took my truck in that had many issues that the dealership wanted to give me the runaround and used troubleshooting, knowledge of his tools, and thinking outside of the box and fixed my truck. He is honest and up front and shared with me what he was doing. I can’t recommend this shop enough. Just an awesome experience.

Great place, stopped by with no appointment as my SUV was having radiatior issues. They were able to fix my vehicle with no problems. Awesome place to do business with. The guys are very down to earrh, and actually take the time to talk with you. I will be bringing my vehicles here in the future.

Just amazing! My car overheated and I called a few places but everyone is backed up. I called Shea's and the guy was like, bring it in and we'll take care of it. I did and within hours my recovery tank was removed, replaced, and filled up. Glad I came in!

Looked them up and saw great reviews although not many posted. Have a delicate Jeep. They spent several hours trying to get OEM parts to work and they just wouldn’t. So they said we are sorry and wanted to give a full refund despite hours of work and no success that was not their fault. I said I would get different parts and lo and behold they worked. They credited the part cost and the Jeep runs great. I also had a cooling engine issue. They evaluated and suggested less expensive options to replacing a part and it worked. So, if you are like me and have had some experience with less than candid shops, get your vehicle to Sheas. I will be back!

They got my truck out the next day but they didn’t put the Alan wrench back in my truck and put 6 tire lug nuts on 5 studs double the lug nuts on one stud…

Great service and Thankful the missing bolt on my brakes was discovered!! This could have been disaster waiting. A small steady leak of my cooling system was also observed and repaired. Honest and fair prices. Thank you
