Extremely Disappointed and Concerned I recently took my 2015 Nissan Pathfinder to sheboygan quick lube plusfor an oil change in the second week of December. Shortly after, my car started emitting white smoke from the exhaust on startup. Concerned, I took it to my mechanic who discovered the oil was not only overfilled but also dirty, indicating the oil change was likely never performed. They corrected the oil level, but the intermittent white smoke persisted. Today, I replaced the PCV valve myself and found it coated in oil, further confirming the overfill. This entire situation is unacceptable and has caused me significant stress and inconvenience. I'm left wondering how a simple oil change could be mishandled so badly. Overfilling the oil can cause serious engine damage, and I'm now worried about potential long-term effects on my vehicle. I'm extremely disappointed with the service at sheboygan quick lube plus. Their negligence could have cost me dearly in engine repairs. I urge others to be cautious and double-check their work if they choose to use this business.

Lube, 6qt oil and filter change, out the door $77.22 in 30 min, second car in line, noon on a Thursday. I requested tire rotation if tires pass inspection. Service advisor Lucas did exactly as asked and professionally explained the vehicle inspection. Car wash was included, but has room for improvement. It was more of just a rise and didn't remove bug smear. Still a valuable addition to great service. Truly appreciated the customer lounge, where I finished my lunch at a table rather than my lap in my car. 😆

They wash and vacuum your car with oil change. I was just there because I don't want to crawl around under my car that day. I didn't expect them to wash and vacuum the car. They are awesome. Synthetic Oil 7qt is around 110 bucks with taxes and everything in Sept 2024

This is not a fast process for emissions. I been here before same thing long lines and excuses. I get there wait for 20 min they is a long line then someone comes tells us they are on lunch and doing a upgrade it should be done in 20 more min. I do not recommend coming here for anything. I tried to buy a used car test drove 3 car all had something wrong with them and they had to take them off the lot. One had a bad steering column lol. Don't buy anything from here or service is bad to.

First experience was good. Unfortunately, the second experience was completely the opposite. The technician came to inform me that be broke 3 of the 4 bolts from my skid plate and unable to place plate back on (2018 4Runner). My initial thought was he didn’t have any replacement bolts and I could just order them myself. He place plate in back of 4Runner. I got home and looked at the situation myself. He broke all 4 bolts off inside!!!! He also did not tighten the loose plate behind this one and it rattles. I called them back same day and spoke with female at the desk. She confirmed he did indeed break all 3. She stated she would have her manager call me the next day to get this resolved. No call! A week later I sent an email asking to have a manager call me. No call again. It’s now almost 3 weeks without anyone reaching out to me, as they indicated to solve the situation. I looked over the inspection sheet. The technician checked that everything was in good condition on my vehicle. Hmmm I have a crack in my windshield that is getting replaced. If he did not noticed that what else did he not notice or do? No complimentary car wash either. This could have been an easy fix… but no one has even reached out to me. Very very poor service!

Needed a tire repaired. They got me in immediately, fixed my tire and didn't even charge me. Everyone was very nice and professional, it was a great experience!

Came here for a quick and easy license plate renewal! Thanks to Quick Lube Plus, the younger generation will never know the beyond awful nightmare of the DMV!!

I went to get my emissions test done and while I was there I asked if they could check the air pressure in my tires. The did and one tire was really low so they said they wanted to check for a nail. Sure enough, there was a nail. Then they offered to plug it. They didn't charge me anything! They were so patient and generous. Amazing job guys! Excellent customer service is so rare and so very much appreciated.! Thank you!

First time going to the new place, was a little confusing in the parking lot, but was pleased there was a customer lounge, and they pull your car into the bay for you now, which is amazing. I always had anxiety about pulling up over the bay, as silly as that is. Sat and did some homework while watching people make horrible decisions on Deal or No Deal on the TV in the lounge. The lounge has complimentary beverages, and is quiet and air conditioned. Staff was friendly. Was in and out in no time with an oil change, tire rotation, and a car wash.

Had a minor issue last time (new building was opened for 2 weeks) and mentioned it on my most recent visit today. The Manager came and talked to me, then insisted on a free oil change and tire rotation even though I didn't want it. Never had a problem before, always great service.

The opposite of quick, waited an hour to get car in and took another 45 minutes for the oil change after that. They have three bays and yet only one bay was open, yet they had at least four guys "working." How many people does it take to do an oil change? Watched three of them kicking around something on the ground to each other, playing their own version of soccer in one of the open bays. Hey, whatever, have a good time, but I got things to do so not coming back here again.

First ever experience at a "quick" lube. The emissions test was smooth, so I figured I'd pop in for an oil change while I was there. My oil change took an HOUR. They tried getting me to pay for a bunch of things I didn't want. Paid $83 for a synthetic BLEND. Never again. (New building)

First time in their new building. This was the most unorganized and inefficient oil change I have ever had. The old building provided a more efficient way of doing things. This isn't the employees problem. This is a Management problem by someone that is the smartest guy in the room. I have been coming here for years and this may be my last.

No longer a quick lube process. Sat in line for over an hour with only one garage open being used. Called to check if other two would open and was told they were on break. Should only be a few minutes. Wait another 10 minutes still no one. Trapped in line and can’t get out, don’t recommend using them.

I stopped in for a tire rotation, prompt service, very friendly and knowledgeable staff and clean store. Very comfortable waiting room with coffee. Definitely will be back!

It's ok place but broke my dipstick off in the engine multiple times and also put the wrong oil filter on and my car ran on low oil and the rest leaked out do to their mistakes and my engine ran with no oil in it........ if my engine is damaged and probably is , I will get a lawyer and be properly compensated for it
