I had the CVT in my 2018 Sentra replaced at Sheboygan Transmission. It's been a month or two and it's still running great! I've dealt with this shop as both a customer and I used to sell parts to them. They've always been professional and no nonsense whenever I've dealt with them. I try to do most car repairs myself but if there is a job in the future that's more than I can handle; Sheboygan Transmission will be at the top of my call list.

Horrible communication and poor preparation. Had appointment set up two weeks in afvance for transmission fluid service and filter change. After I had dropped off the car the evening prior, as requested so that the fluid is cool when they work on it in the morning, I call to see if they are done at 11:30. They say the filter was not available at the dealer but they will have it the next day, the technician forgot to call me the moment they saw the filter would not be there so I still had to go through with dropping off my vehicle just to pick it up again, no work done. The following day they still don’t have it done in the morning. Come afternoon when I come by to get some things from my vehicle, they have it done, and present me the bill at full price. When I ask for a discount because they dropped the ball when ordering parts needed and their failure to communicate properly, they deny that they did anything wrong. Get your work done elsewhere.

Yuri fixed my alternator and he did an excellent job. He also fixed it really fast. I will continue to go to Yuri at Sheboygan Transmission.

They replaced the valve body 2 times and messed around with it for months because it still didn't work properly. Then they said the PCM was bad so they replaced that. Finally the check engine light didn't go on but now when it downshifts from 2nd to 1st the car jerks. Plus the connection on the PCM was broken from them and they said they can't do anything anymore. Because now they tell me the transmission is bad. $2000.00 later and still doesn't work properly. Don't bother going there cuz they rip you off.

Poor customer service I do not recommend the guy needs to go back to school and learn manners strongly disappointed and this is the reason why I don't call mechanics. I do it all myself or ask a relative.

These guys were great! Extremely fast turn around, competitive price and puts in writing manufacturers warranties! Everyone on the phone and in shop I dealt with was extremely professional!! Don’t consider anyone else for transmission work!! Was a drive for me but would use them again in a heartbeat!!

I got some work done on my car and service was great. Didn't wait too long to get it fixed about 1 day. Everybody was friendly and the price was decent. I would recommend this place and I will be going back when I need to

Solid work and more than fair prices. Got me in and out quickly and replaced my transmission lines. If they don’t do the service you need they will also point you in the right direction for a good place that can help you. Will be back with my Chrysler 300 if I need work in the future.

Yuri was very helpful. I didnt know what was wrong with my transmission. He took it for a drive around the block and knew exactly what was wrong. Very knowledgeable mechanic!

Took our 91 Daytona in and they were able to diagnose it was a linkage issue and not the whole transmission that needed to be rebuilt, thank you so much.. now if only I could find those parts 🤔😔🙄

When I had an issue I with the transmission in my truck I took it there. They diagnosed it quickly and scheduled it for the repairs quickly. I picked it up and paid the bill without another thought. Ands year or so later, just out of warranty the transmission failed again. When I took it to another shop there were some questions about the previous repair or lack there of. It seems a worn part was not replaced and caused a premature failure.

I happened to bring in a real nightmare vehicle to these guys. They did a fantastic job getting to the root cause and making repairs. They stand by their work, are experts in their field, and reasonably priced. I was referred to them by other mechanics in the area.

They went above and beyond on my car. Went in for transmission rebuild. They repaired more than that. They fixed any issues they found. Very happy with their service. Thank you guys.

Went in for a automatic window repair. They took my money but never fixed it. Said they had to order parts then dodged my calls and blew smoke up you know we're. Would never recommend them they're crooks.
