If you are looking for an honest reliable mechanic look no further than Shelby’s. I’ve taken several cars to Shelby’s and have experienced the same thing every time; fast, accurate, friendly service from everyone at Shelby’s. Recently I had work done and the underbody protector came loose. Instead of denying responsibility like I’ve experienced other places the staff was quick to offer fixing the issue. They had the issue fixed within 30 min. Great owners who obviously instills a phenomenal work ethic in all his employees.

I have used Shelbys for years now .I drive from out of town 2 hrs for the dependable ,often much needed repairs from this family. Estimated repair time is accurate. .prices are good and always close to estimate . I appreciate the communication and kindness from EVERYONE there. I agree they are trustworthy.

I think like a lot of people, I’ve got some trust issues with auto mechanic shops. But I trust these folks implicitly! When I called, I let them know what was going on and what my financial limitations were and they got my issue resolved, and quickly, even after running into a slight problem. I’ve got a few more fixes to do on my car and fully plan to go back to them for the remaining work needed! They are professional and talk to me at a level I understand without making me feel talked down to. Wholeheartedly recommend Shelby’s Automotive!

I was referred to Shelby 's by a complete stranger who spoke very highly and with great passion of this shop. The one word I remember distinctly was trust. After a little research, they met most of my requirements, and I was in need of a local mechanic/repair shop. I decided to give them a try. They did not disappoint. Great service, clean establishment, top-notch mechanics, friendly, informative, and fair prices.

Mr.Shelby found me and my 13 yr old niece stranded outside Oreilie's in OKC. He offered to fix the alternator and tow the car to his shop. We live 21\2 hrs away so I paid Oreilies with MY card and ordered an alternator under Mr. Shelby's account so he could pick it up and install it. Called roadside assistance through Progressive to pick us up but we're told our policy did not cover that. I receive an email however, asking me how satisfied I was with. Roadside assistance for the tow to Mr. Shelby place! The car continues to stall as if NOTHING was fixed. I contacted Oreillies only to discover there is no record of the alternator being picked up. Instead Mr. Crowder of SHELBY'S Mobile MECHANIC picked up a cash refund and let me believe Shelbys Automotive had received a refund. I apologize to Shelbys Automotive for the misguided review. They have been nothing but kind and helpful. It's easy to see when a business abides by the ethic culture they promote. You want honest? Call Shelby's Automotive not to be mistaken with Shelbys Mobile Mechanic.

I came into Shelby's inquiring about a headlight for my car he not only checked it out right away no questions asked he looked at it he smiled and he did repair my headlight for an amazing price and every time I go to my car now I just smile and say thank you Shelby I appreciate you you are God sent

I wish I would have used this business for my automobileneeds. Shelbys Automotive has helped me even when I wasn't using their service. Just HONEST people. I recommend 100%. Please make sure not to confuse with Similar named but unlisted mobile automotive in the OKC area.

I'm not one to trust mechanics but I do believe that these people are good and honest. Liking the people you do business with is a good percentage of receiving good service, There's nothing I can't fix or learn to fix, period. I just don't like the dirt, the hurt or the blood. MY blood. I'll pay someone else to bleed. I'm older, not broke, and my tools are stolen. I was grateful that they did my job, it wasn't nearly as easy as it seemed on paper. 😅 and it fixed my problem. I expect I will use them again. Too soon, but such is the fate of loving a 25yr. old vehicle... js

Shelby is great. He called me before he started working on my car and discussed my options. I don't know of any other mechanic that does this. He and his staff are courteous and polite. I will definitely use his services again.
