If no stars were thats what I would give them. First no parking because all junk cars, absolutely unacceptable. Might even be an ordinance violation, will be checking on that. As a woman I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION! There is no need for rudeness.

Wont sign my repair order. Told me take it to the state police. For no apparent reason. Rude, told me I failed my inspection before even looking at my car. And I got my inspection done right after by someone else.

I was recommended to Tom by a friend after I’ve dealt with a terrible dealership who wanted to charge me tons of money for so called “problems.” I dropped my car off at 10:00am and Tom called me at 1:00pm letting me know he didn’t find anything. When I went to pick my car up, he didn’t charge me anything for looking at it. I will 100% come here for all my car issues as the customer service I have received is far better than any dealer. I felt I could trust Tom and am very happy with this news.

Most of the pumps doesnt work... when you try to pay with card it says accepted ,lift the nozzle but when you lift the nozzle it says thank you I aske dthe cashier whats wrong and he said that only 2 pumps does work .. and there is no sign saying out of service

This station raises prices the night before days they are running sales. On Mon 9/20/21 they raised premium to $4.05 before the regular Tuesday $.20 per gallon discount on premium. I will buy my gas elsewhere even if I have to pay more.

Had my truck towed in to Tom on a Thursday afternoon for unplanned maintenance, got a call Friday morning about the condition and had it back as good as new by Friday night. One of the best in Catonsville for sure.

Went in to grab some Juul pods, started to pay with one card but decided I wanted to use a different one because I get points for gas station purchases. The guy told me no because he acted like using credit was going to screw him somehow. Which makes no sense because it wouldn’t work if I didn’t have the available credit or money. In the end it was very insulting that he basically accused me of not having the money to pay for it. I specifically came there because they do have the lowest prices on Rt. 40 but I’ll never be back because of the poor service. Insulting your customers over what card they use is not good business.

If you're looking for a mechanic you can trust, look no further! Tom does a stellar job here. Honest service, excellent prices and a very speedy turnaround. I will always bring my vehicle here first and have encouraged friends and family to do the same. Example: My girlfriends' mother recently had work done on her toyota camry at the heritage toyota dealership not far from this shell station. They wanted to charge her $580 to replace the rotors and brake pads. Coincidentally, I also needed my rotors and brake pads replaced. Drawing from positive experience, I called Tom and got an estimate for $280. Needless to say, I dropped off my car for work that evening. Next morning, my car is finished! My girlfriends mother had to wait more than TWO DAYS for her overpriced service. You will not be disappointed.

Stop by here to put air in my tires. Put a few gallons of gas in the car since I was already putting air in the tires. Everything was fine the pump worked okay

These guys are awesome. Just go in, write my name on the schedule, show up on time and they take care of me in a jiffy. They diagnosed an issue with my ride and offered me some alternatives which saved me big bucks over what I would have had to pay at a dealership. I'll be back.
