I went for an inspection following the recent snow. My windshield was dirty from snow and ice and they claim that my wipers were streaking. The wiper blades were only a month old. They just wanted to sell me something that I didn’t need. Then they pulled the car around and the tech leaned against it and told me that I couldn’t leave without paying $12.75. There’s some clear damage to the car where he had his rear end on it. I will address this in another way.

A few days ago I gave this place a 1 star review because I had an issue with my last oil change service. To my surprise the owner (Chris Gardner) gave me a call and I explained the situation to him. He was very professional and he fixed the problem. Great customer service is really hard to come by these days. I really appreciate the fact that he went above and beyond to correct the situation. Due to his professionalism and customer service I give him a 5 star!!!

Their only saving grace is quick service. Went for an inspection, and was told that unless I bought new wipers, the inspection would fail because mine were streaking. Streaking is not an NC criteria, only if they are not functional or broken. So, I was handcuffed to buying the only upsell for an inspection since I was in a rush. Guess what? New wipers are also streaking, but I guess they didn't care after they made the sale. Funny that they missed my broken tail light. If you need a super quick and dirty inspection (under 10 minutes) and have $50 to burn, this is your place. Otherwise, go somewhere else.

went to have my car inspected, two workers asked about the service, they said yes, but they were at lunchtime and they only said that my windows were too dark and it would not pass the inspection. They never checked. I have had my car for 3 years all the time. I've never been there. I never had a problem. The two workers just didn't want to do the job. They are two young people who just want to earn money without working. The boss should look at his workers or he will lose customers.

Will not ever go back there again sit there over an hour for an inspection and no one ever inspect my car finally come up and said it was going to be another 30 minutes

This was my first time at this business. I needed an oil change, air in my tires, and a filter change. My car was screaming for maintenance. The employees were friendly and made sure my vehicle was back working properly and I also qualified for a free wash!!! I was so happy. I really appreciated everyone and left satisfied with my service. Im so glad that I ended up at this business. I am from out of town and happened to find this location online.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Probably the worst place we've taken our cars to ever from here to Michigan through our travels. We went to take my car for a "Rapid Oil Change," the employees were the worst and least friendly we've ever had, not a hi or update or anything. They told us it would take about 10 minutes.. we waited 1 hour and they hadnt even helped the car in front of us who'd been there close to two hours and hadnt even started on us. We knew this because we talked to other customers in the waiting area to figure out time and service, we ended up walking out. Decided to give them another try a few weeks after and same situation... waited over an hour and they still hadnt even looked at my car. Ended up taking it to Goldsboro where it took 8 minutes, the other business we went to offered us waters for the road and it was $20 cheaper than Shells Rapid Lube. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Even their carwash (doesnt really clean your car), we've had our whole family go through here for them and not one came out as clean as it should be with the amount of people they have working. Only good thing about this place is their vacuums, those I do recommend as they were one of the best but no sense even pulling into the lot just for that. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND this place to anyone.

I was quite fortunate to arrive when I did. Everyone ahead of me were taken care of quickly. My wait was only the time it took to put my information in the system and for the inspection to be completed. I was finishing checking out and my vehicle was waiting on me. Great teamwork!!

If you go here be careful. There is an angry trans person that with spike your tires with a screw or nail if you mistakenly miss gender them.

They broke my rear window wiper blade but according to the signs posted, they aren't responsible. Also, there's multiple visible spots on the vehicle that are still dirty to the touch (ten minutes after the wash).
