I could go on and on with how good this place is. You WILL not find a better place in town and words do not give this place justice for the service they provide due to how good it is. All employees are honest and hard working and to top it off the owner even steps in if one of the guys needs off. Where else will you see an own step in and help. They will forever hold my business.

This is my favorite place to get a thorough inspection along with my regular oil change. The gentleman that manages the service center is great with customers, explaining what is needed if they observe any safety issues or maintenance needs. Will continue to go out of my way to use this station every time!

Ni siquiera pudo abrir el cofre el señor . Solo me dijo que arregle mi cofre y después vaya hacer el cambio de aceite . No se acomedio en nada !

Pésimo servicio llegas una hora antes de que dice que cierran tienen solo un carro dentro de 3 espacios y te dicen ya no podemos porque vamos a cerrar cuando creo yo que si dice que cierran 5:30 y llegas una hora antes de esa hora te tienen que atender primera vez que IVA ahí y la última 🤮

Been getting my oil changed here for years. Owner is friendly, straight forward services and pricing. Plus they have all these cool collectibles in the lobby. Highly recommend!

After having Walmart turn me down because their iPads were out of service, I drove here for the oil change. Good and fast service. Will not go back to Walmart’s 2 hour+ service. I’m better off paying extra $5 for a 20 mins total visit.

Cross country trip and needed a quick oil change. In and out in 15minutes and great prices! Plus the interior was clean and classic. Gilbert was excellent at customer service!

Gilbert and his team work to their fullest and with extreme effort to ensure my vehicle is properly maintained. Service prices beat that of Pep Boys, Firestone, Walmart, and numerous other lube/repair shops. Better yet, unlike previous ones,I have NEVER been ripped off, or, sold a service that was not essential. 👍 This is my fourth trip to Shell Rapid Lube in Mesa, and I plan to continue coming back!😀

Second time driving here from buckeye for this place to be closed . They close at 1:40pm on Saturdays not 4pm

The price was high for a full synthetic. But the service was great, and I was in and out in a few minutes. They made a couple of suggestions on things that should be replaced but were not pushy in trying to up-sale.
