Gas station sign says 2.89 a gallon. Went to the pump and it was 3.19

FALSE ADVERTISING!! Don't be fooled like I was! I stopped to get gas because the sign said there was a discount if you also get a car wash. It's pollen season so I figured 'Great! Gas discount and a car wash! Kill two birds with one stone AND save some money!' No where after I inserted my card, before or after pumping the gas, did it ever ask me if I wanted a car wash so I did NOT get a deal on gas NOR did I get a car wash! I will be going elsewhere for both from now on.

The worst gas station ever!!!! The pump was sooooo slow!!!! The employee told me they got refilled and out of air. That is after I used my rewards and started pumping. He neglected to put a sign on the pump. Furthermore he refused to give me the same price on the different pump. I called an files a formal complaint with shell gas station. They told me they are independently owned and it up to them to do it. The manager is too cheap to accommodate customers! It took 1 hr and 30 min to fill up 23 gallons

If you want to meet the angriest employee in Richmond, you have to stop here late at night. The lady who works the night shift hates her job and customers more than anyone I've ever encountered. She couldn't be more rude or bothered to actually do her job. She's seriously annoyed at anyone who comes in. I wouldn't ever come here if it weren't the only place open after midnight, but it is. I've even told her she should seriously change professions because she's obviously unhappy working here. To which makes her even angrier. I seriously feel sorry for her because she clearly hates her job and all customers. I've never encountered worse service in my entire life. If the owner is reading this, you need to let her go. She hates her job and makes your business look awful. Props to being open at 3am though.

Smells terrible inside , not a 24 hour store . Don’t swipe at pump cause they will hold your money and not release it . One man has attitude all day and another takes forever checking your items out .

It's a nice gas station. The owners are not familiar with how the Shell's Fuel Rewards system is, other than that they're very friendly and helpful. I like filling up here because if you use your Fuel Rewads card at the pump, you get $0.25 off every gallon gas on your next fill up. The basic, and middle car washes do the job very well.
