Terrible establishment! These dudes have no type of work ethic. Lazy as hell. This why it be hard to support my black people businesses and I’m Black saying this. They will literally turn you away saying they’re closed when they service hours are 7am-12midnight. You make it there at 11:41 they tell you they stop taking cars at 11:40pm. Save yourself the headache PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE at all cost.

Helping Damsel's in distress for over 10 years!!!! This place comes in clutch if you get a flat tire late at night and need a quick fix. 🚗 Just take some cash with you and they'll get you fixed up! 💵 The only shop I know of that is open this late and the service is friendly, professional and fast !! Definitely recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They’re open until midnight. If the young guys are there they’re very fast. The other two guys are kind of slow, but they are very efficient with their time.

Called beforehand to ask how much they charge for a patch. I get there and the dude wants to plug my tire. I told him I didn't want a plug and he gets all defensive asking why I don't want a plug. I told him I called earlier on a patch and I just don't trust plugs. Dude tells me he's been doing this for 20 years and he knows what he's doing. 1 why would you tell me over the phone you do patching only for me to get there and want to shortcut and plug my tire. 2 why argue with a customer on what they want.I ended up just leaving went to another tire shop and they didn't question me about the patch they just did it instead of making the customer feel like he's doing something wrong for refusing a plug. . Your guy is a straight liar. Not only was my tire not worn. My tire was brand new and I advised him of that. And it wasn't on the side wall. The fact that you would lie for him just shows why you deserve a 1 star or less

Came here after work it’s a long line two lines the black guy big eyes don’t know if he the owner has bad customer service. He never came ask me what I needed help with had an attitude huffing cause I’m asking a question he walked away as I was talking. Then took cars behind me . I asked him why he said the people in front of you not asking so why are you! I left cause I know me. Plus I will spend my money somewhere else in the morning. I have patience but that was just rude and unprofessional and the owner of you see this please leave where I can contact you

The reason for my 5 Star is because when I called them to see how much would a patch be. No one answered the phone but as soon as I left a message I got a call right back, AMAZING ! They told me it would be $15-$20 & when I arrived I got charged $10 plus it was late night so i tipped the guy the other $5. They deserve it being open this late 😌

FYI they open at 9am (not 7am as noted on their wall hours). A tire patch was $15 as of July 2024. Went around 7pm and waited in line for over an hour. Expect a long wait time due to them being the only tire shop open late hours.

Came in because I had a flatty at 2340, not only did the guy give me attitude and said they were closed but the place says it closes at 0000. It’s been twice that I come to this place and they have some terrible customer service. If your tire can wait I suggest yall wait.

Horrible sold me a bad tire, broke 3 of my lugs refused to replace. dishonest. They hid the bubble in the tire by turning it around I'll never go back

Fast and efficient customer service with great prices for used tires in excellent condition. Had a tire replaced within 10 minutes for $44 cash. I didn't even have to get out of my car!

Horrible service, as i write this review… ive been waiting in line for 30mins, the attendants have helped everyone else who has come after me(4 cars have passed me already) . I tried talking to an atendant and i was told to wait my turn, as he talks to other costumers who are behind me in the line.. this a thee worst tire shop in the area.

Very rude... services poor..didnot receive a receipt or anything... attitudinal, angry and disrespectful for nothing... I work in the public. I can feel the tension..it's a way you talk to people. Not aye... yelling little noises or making faces because im looking down or not paying attention to you... if you have a restroom and it had a sign that states for "PAYING CUSTOMERS ONLY " on one sign and right under that on another sign NO PUBLIC RESTROOM... and there are 3 signs on the door which do u follow ? My dad who's tire needed to be fixed went to the restroom door and a worker yells 1 time and then a second time AYE DUDE READ THE SIGN! Then telling him he can't use the restroom... instead of saying I'm sorry our restroom is close to outside use or I'm sorry we can't let u use the restroom at this time . He (worker) waved his hand as if he didn't care what my dad was saying, all my dad said was you have a sign that says for Paying customers only. The worker yells back read the sign again. So I'm sorry but your customer service is poor. Maybe they were tired and I understand that.
