Charged me 108$ to change out a tail light bulb which was a 5$ part and took less than 30 minutes. They charge 175$ an hour for labor, so I paid 87.50$ for the labor. Other places in town later quoted me 20-30$ for the replacement. I should have asked the price beforehand, but this was shocking as I’ve never paid more than 30$ to have one replaced.

We had a rental car with a hole in the tire. We brought it here, and they fit us right in, even though we came in close to their closing time! They were super helpful and kind throughout the whole experience! I highly recommend them to anyone!

Communication is barely there but they do good work. I would rather go somewhere where they call and tell me what’s going on and if they’re going to be going above the estimate. Reached out to them about this with no reply.

The Service Technician, Jimmy, did a great job. Not only did he arrange the proper fit for the tires I needed for my travel trailer but he also was quite diligent with my appointment schedule. I can't say enough good things about Jimmy and the good folks at Shervin's Auto Care.

Paul was the most kind and helpful technician! We had a flat tire on our way to Teton national Park and he told us, “I will save your vacation,” and he did!! The staff were attentive, kind, and we felt so safe in their care as they quickly fixed our vehicle. This was the best service we have ever received and would recommend them to any friend!
