I want to share my honest experience with Shorts Auto. My journey began at North Side Ford for an ABS light issue. They took over a week just to read the test codes, which I had already checked myself. After that, they came back with a repair estimate of $10,000 for a fix that wouldn’t even resolve my ABS problem. I spent the whole day calling around to 30 different places, trying to get quotes for the necessary repairs. Later that day, Shorts Auto contacted me with a much better price on a new transmission compared to the rebuild quotes I had received, and theirs even came with a warranty. One of the major issues I had with North Side Ford was their poor communication. It was nearly impossible to reach anyone for updates. In contrast, Shorts Auto went above and beyond, keeping me fully informed throughout the process. They completed the repair quickly, even finishing ahead of schedule. If you’re debating whether to choose North Side Ford or a smaller shop, let this review serve as a testament to how much better Shorts Auto is. Just had my truck serviced at Shorts Garage recently and was so very satisfied with the service, Quick response, and courtesy of Brian and the professional mechanics that work at Shorts. I was in a bind to get the truck fixed quickly and Brian made sure that the service and repair were completed the same day. Thanks to everyone at Shorts Garage. Keep up the good work!

Brian was able to work me in add an oil change and my front brakes replaced did they did a very good job and we’re very efficient. I liked that they told me about a potential job that will need to be done in the near future and that gives me time to prepare. I felt very Comfortable with the shop and will be returning.

Short’s Garage did a fantastic job on our Jeep Patriot. They replaced the brakes, fixed our ac and lower ball joints. We dropped the car off Friday and they had it back to us by Monday afternoon. Highly recommend this place for any mechanical issues.

Car needed major repairs after a theft attempt. Brian was very communicative with getting service quotes and having the car looked at. Took maybe 5-10 minutes to diagnose, 3 days for parts to arrive, and 4 hours to repair (if that). Had my car back the same day and they even drew me up a quote for other minor repairs they noticed while they had my vehicle. If you need your car fixed and can’t wait 3 weeks for a dealer + the arm and leg for diagnosis + repair , come here! They’ll get the job done and then some :)

Brian and the Short's team have been welcoming, through and honest with their prices and need for both our vehicles. We have both Toyotas 2016 and have kept them up to date with maintenance. My wife and I have trusted Short's and have come out with solutions and no excuses. The service and diagnostics with photos and text messages makes for great communication with these guys while I work. We appreciate the work.

It's nice knowing there's a place that you can leave your car and feel at ease that you know it's in good hands. I'd say the best part is their follow ups to ensure that your vehicle is working properly after being worked on, how nice. I love my car, took it in for a wheel alignment, thing drives better than ever. That's all I can ask for.

Charged me $600 to put my old parts back on . Total scam artist. Women DONT GO THERE!!! Told them to run the diagnosis and call before doing any work. Instead they TOOK THE CAR APART and THEN CALLED with a price $1000 higher than original estimate so you're forced into paying them.
