I feel bamboozled by all the fake 5 star reviews. Brought my vehicle there as I had my coolent system flushed and the place pulling it out it began leaking everywhere. They showed me where the leak was coming from so I drove it here because it was a short drive as the oil place said they couldnt repair it. First interaction was told would be 2-3hrs before a mechanic could look at it and I would get a call for the diagnostics. Still no call I go back to the shop where they say havent looked at it will call you in about an hour. Two hours later still no call for me to go back and see my car sitting in the exact same spot. I asked to pick my car up and leave so to where the rude lady at the front desk goes and gets a mechanic who says ohh well we need to take this off that off then we can replace the hose. Then the rude lady proceeded to say I couldnt have my keys unless I paid $46 for a diagnostic fee. There was no diagnostic as the car was in the same exact spot as it was the previous 2 visits. So needless to say was scammed out of $46 bucks for nothing to be looked at or given a quote for repairs after 5 hours. Then people wonder why no one ever wants to goto a local small business. In response to the owners lie of an excuse: 1) Took the vehicle to a real mechanic and it was indeed a hose located in the front as I stated when it was dropped off. 2) You nor your staff provided me with 0 estimates on the cost or time for repair nor did you make an attempt to even call me. 3) After your rude clerk kept telling me it was $46 stating for diagnostic but wouldn't provide me said paperwork for diagnostic yes, I did slam my card on the counter, I did NOT throw it at her. So, before you come on here and falsify everything within your response, make sure to get your facts straight.

Great service and pricing! Not a lot of shops resurface rotors anymore, so it was great to find one that does and did such a fantastic job. My rotors came out beautiful and my vehicle no longer shudders. Definitely an experienced and quality shop.

I love this place. Rick and his team are honest and it feels like you are being charged a fair price - which builds trust. Wait time has always been decent for me. At other places I haven often felt like I was being overcharged. Every time I have to take my car in to Show-n-Go (it's an older car with a ton of miles on it), I leave grateful that I wasn't charged more. Being low income, every penny counts. So, yes, I highly recommend Show-n-Go!

These people REALLY know their business. Very nice and very helpful. They will be my mechanics from now on. The owner, Rick is a really good guy too.

I brought my vehicle here after being recommended by Arves Jones Automotive - and the recommendation was spot on. My A/C had failed. The representative there took a look and explained what options we could do, what the pros/cons were, and the costs by taking each option. I chose to opt for the high cost route, which required additional labor, parts, but warranty was included. My A/C hasn’t blown this cold since I first bought the vehicle. Fast and amazing service.

I took my car here in November 2023 and the owner was very helpful. They fixed my e-brake within the same day. I’ve taken it to get fixed before and paid way more and it was never resolved till now. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Show-N-Go Automotive fixed many issues with my car with confidence. Rick and his team showed me parts of my car that were totally damaged from issues that I was having. I appreciated the education they gave me on top of fixing my car in a timely manner for a fair and reasonable price. My husband and I will be going there forever more so long as we live in El Paso. Can see why others rate this place so highly! Was on a long road trip across the country, and all of a sudden, low tire pressure was on for my Mazda. Called this place and drove right there. Staff, the owner, and mechanics were amazingly responsive, immediately started helping me out, and fixed all the issues as if I were their most loyal customer for years! Lastly, the charge was above reasonable, so I had to double it at least to make it fair as I see it for the time spent and service provided. Highly recommend this place! To the owner: Thank you guys for keeping me and my daughter safe on our long trip!

The other day my 2001 Ford F150 Supercrew would turnover but not start. After doing some basic checks and noting there was no fuel in the fuel rail I hit the tank a few times with a hammer but no luck. She just would not start and it had to be the fuel pump. I called a Ford dealer and was told it would be about $1200 not including the tow. Are they kidding? So a friend of mine suggested Show N Go. They know their stuff. I had the fuel pump, the left rear door actuator, and a new fan belt replaced for WELL under the Ford dealer's insane quesstimate. I was very happy. These guys are good with a quick (less than a day) turn around. I would recommend these guys to everyone. If I ever need service again I know I'll head over to Show N Go.
