I called in to get estimates for my truck, Meagan and Cindy both got them to me pretty fast and easy. Made appt and truck was in and out in 4.5 hrs. Staff seemed cool and my tires were in stock being a little bit of an odd ball size which has been a problem at other tire shops in the past.

The team at Shrader in Columbus is super friendly and they do great work. They were able to get my truck in for service quickly. Mike diagnosed the problem and was able to get it fixed. I would highly recommend them for your truck repair needs.

Shrader Tire came out and changed my trailer tire LFO, in busy traffic!🥺 People don't move over or even slow down!!!!😡 Marcus did a great job and quick too!!😃 Very dangerous job you guys have!😳 Thank you Marcus!!!🤩

By far the worst mechanic shop I’ve ever dealt with. Couldn’t even fix a door rod that I brought in the parts for and charged me a labor for it and also charged me almost $2k for replacing 3 brakes. Got ripped off by them once but never again.

I had to slashed tires and Marcus got to me in a timely manor as roadside assistance goes for big trucks . He was very nice and professional and had me rolling again within a half hour

I just want to say thanks for great and professional service on getting my tire fix in no time, the company sent out Chris McCoy on the job and I must say he did ah great joy and very quick he got my damaged tire off and new tire on in like 15 mins tops, great work I really appreciate you once again Chris, very professional quick and nice work 👍🏾👍🏾
