The only proper rating to give this place is a 5/5. The interior of this shop is beautiful and modern and always has an amazing scent that makes you want to never leave. The customer service is absolutely phenomenal and I’ve never had an issue with that when speaking with Chris or Matt. They are patient, understanding, and will willingly break anything down if you don’t understand. I’ve recommended this shop to many friends and family and all the issues they have had with their vehicles have gotten resolved after taking it to Shums. Some people say the price is a bit high but you are paying for quality parts and professional labor and is definitely worth it 100% They offer tons of warranties on a variety of different things and put the customer first. When I go to Shums, I can guarantee that the staff is being 100% honest with what’s wrong with my vehicle and they will get it fixed in a timely manner. If you’ve never tried Shums before, you won’t regret it!

They r very professional, do excellent work, concern for the upkeep of their clients car, by keeping them informed of what’s needed, keep excellent records of ur car, submit a video so u can see what’s being done. Job well done

Very excellent service, took my car here to get fixed. They were very honest, straightforward, told me every step of the way everything they were gonna do, exactly what the cost would be, very accommodating, dealt with my warranty company, very nice and considerate and were able to get everything done as quick as possible. Thankful for the awesome customer service overall. Would highly recommend!

Shum's inspected my car thoroughly and sent me a video of the repairs it needed. Though, I was surprised and hesitant on the repairs needed; Shocks needed work, battery was on the decline, some lights were out. I believe they were correct in their assessments. My car drives a bit smoother and I am not paranoid about the battery dying. Thanks again for your help.

The staff was friendly and professional. The issue was explained in detail and repairs were completed in a timely manner. Car repairs could be stressful. However Shulms Auto Repair was outstanding and made this an overall good experience. I would recommend this autoshop

I have been taking my Maxima to Shum’s Auto for several years now. The staff Chris and Matt are very knowledgeable and will give you great advice. The technicians are observant and will inform you if they find any problems while they are working on your vehicle. If you drop your vehicle off the technicians will take videos of any repairs that need to be done. They inform Chris or Matt and they contact you immediately with the videos. If you have any issues with the work they perform just contact them and they will correct the issue ASAP. I recommended the shop to a friend and they fixed her car window that was stuck in the open position. Her vehicle was repaired the same day. I trust the technicians at Shum’s they do first class work. If you are looking for a great repair shop you should give Shum’s a call.

You guys are awesome I love how you don't just tell me there's something wrong you show me and send me a video and try to explain to me what's going on I would recommend anybody to take their car there they are not the cheapest but they are reliable and do great work I deal with Chris n he is very nice and try to help you understand what is going on, last year he got me four nexen tires for my Mazda CX-9 I kept getting nails in the tires and he got me a heavier duty trade and a 2 year roadside warranty awesome peoplefor under $1,000, they will notify you when your oil change is done so you don't have to forget

Este taller es al lado de mi casa literalmente y no lo conocía pero ahora soy de ellos en Philli todos cobran $65.00 y $70.00 por inspeccion y ellos cobran $19.95 es increible como las personas se aprobechan de los demas pero ete taller es muy bueno $65.00 por cambio de aceite con 7 cuartos y filtro de un Ram 1500 y con revivion completa de temporada gratis jaja que facil es asi ellos estan en el 3600 Rhawn St, Philadelphia, PA 19136, USA lleguenle y vean por ustedes mismos

I have been serving my car at Shums since 2021. All I have to say is the service is good. My car brakes were bad. I took it in at 8am, on 10/10/24, i needed rear wheel cylinders...Shums took care of it before 12pm. Then, the next day 10/11/24 my car didn't start up. I called shums, and they came to my home to service car. The battery was checked but was okay. It was the starter. they got it going. I drove it to shums. Starter replaced. Waited for the car by noon. I was home. My car is old 2004, but in good condition. Shums service is great! They work with you with whatever auto problem you have. They have good workers, good service, professional and nice clean office. Price is reasonable. I trust shums with my car. I recommend Shums. 5/11/2023 Shums is the best! I only paid $26.84 for my state inspection. Discount Awesome!! God Bless Shums auto repair workers. Again 5/5/22 Shums is Amazing. Oil change, state inspection and replace timing chain tensioner. And they even send a Uber to pick me up at home to go and pick up my car when service was done at no charge to me. Awesome!! I got car service on 12/14/21 at Shums. I had a problem with a loud noise coming from bottom of car for 2yrs. Bepboys said I needed struts. I wanted 2nd opinion. I calledToyota I explained the noise i told them what bepboys said it was. They said I was Probably better off getting a new car, because the cost of struts was going to be $4,000 for all 4 my car is a 2004. I took the car to Midas at two different locations. First location they didn't hear the noise. Second location buselton and grant there I pay $600 on 2020 for brakes and rotors...and still with the noise. They told me to take it back, however i didn't because if they couldn't figure it out the time I wasn't going to pay for a second try. My niece told me about Shums took it there and problem solved the same day driving car for 2months. I didn't need struts and the cost was reasonable. They are amazing! God Bless them all.

Love this place, customer service is excellent and you know that when they're working on your car they will always do a great job. I literally will only take my car here. Comfortable and thoughtful seating in the lobby. As well as dealer quality videos sent to you during the no wrench inspection. This allows anyone and everyone to know whats going on with their car. No need to even be a mechanic. Everything is explained to you thoroughly. Sometimes I utilize the payment plan, which allows me to spread out cost on an unexpected expense with my car. Just make sure you set up the 100 day option and you are good to go. Thank you so much Chris, Andrey, Kevin, Matt as well as all the technicians who keep my baby running.

I have been a loyal customer with Shums since I started my car service in 2015. I have 2 Lincoln Navigators (2016 & 2022 ) with almost 600,000 miles between the 2. Shums is responsible for the care and upkeep of both vehicles, and I believe because of their meticulous attention to detail I've been able to operate my business worry free for all of these years due to the services that they provide. There is no one that I trust more with my vehicles. They are the best at what they do, and I'll drive 100 miles from Dover, De for service because I know that it'll be done right every time. There's no one else in the automotive maintenance industry that I trust more than Shums! Awesome service! 👌 On a scale of 1-10 they would rate a 12, because they go the extra mile to provide what I need, and keep me informed of potential issues that may crop up over time.

Schums auto repair is a very professional top notch repair shop. They solve, troubleshoot, and fix all issues in my experience when other shops couldn't come up with any solutions. My 2013 dodge avenger was a nightmare elsewhere but schums auto repair has stare of the are equipment, qualifications, and certifications to take care of any foreign and domestic car. Thanks for making my car drive like the day I got it, brand new. Customer for life. The best replacement parts so I don't have to come back twice like other locations with cheaper parts and failure. This is the place no doubt. ***** this 5 stars for performances.
