I stutter when I talk everyday and especially when I'm trying to remember things fast when I talk and the dude over the phone today May 13 2024 im pretty sure he made fun of my Stutter, like he intentionally stuttered on purpose 1 time and gave me a little tone saying "I'm 2 weeks out anyway from doing anything"

My father called to check on a set of tires they had in stock. Drove from Sioux City but the guy sold them knowing he was on his way. He didn’t txt or call saying he sold them don’t make the trip. This place has poor business ethics. Lots of other tire shops to choose from.

Excellent... excellent work. Had a 2.5 lift including springs and shocks on 35's/ new rims installed on my Jeep Wrangler unlimited. They did an outstanding job. Recommend them to anyone who's looking to get mods done to their vehicle.

I won't be spending another cent or refer another person to this place. I was late for my appointment today and I apologized right off the bat only to get a mouth full of attitude from the big guy in the shop. This guy needs a good dose of customer service training! The smaller guy in the shop is pretty cool, the big guy, the world must owe him something! I like doing business with the small business community, but this just pushes me back to stick with big dealerships to get what I need done on my vehicles. No attitude ever at Ford or Billion dealerships to date with all the business I have done with them.

Was having a terrible day and then Ended up with a nail in my tire before I was supposed to drive 50 miles home, even though they were understaffed and booked for the day they got my vehicle in right away. Highly recommend!

My car broke down on the way to work. Their day was full; however, they found a way to schedule me in and found out the problem with my car. They informed of the problem and informed me they could not fix it, they were very honest and gave great service.
