Sus place, called a couple days ago front desk attendant confirmed they don’t have a diagnostic fee, then told me the opening hrs for the rest of the week. I came in 2 days later & was told it’s $140 diagnostic to check my 2017 Jeep…not a place I’d trust with my car or to have fair pricing.

Muy responsable, honesto, buen precio y servicio de muy buena calidad. Le doy todas las estrellas, lo recomiendo ampliamente! Uno necesita conseguir, tener y mantener personas de confianza en el tema de un mecánico, donde le presten a uno un servicio de excelente calidad, buen precio y sobre todo honestidad y responsabilidad. Su tono de voz es fuerte, que hace parecer que está regañando a los clientes, cosa que luego uno se da cuenta, que está muy alejado de la realidad. Nadie es perfecto en el tema de personalidad. Lo que me importa con mi carro, es saber que salgo contenta del taller mecánico, con el resultado y la confiabilidad de manejar mi vehículo sabiendo que me estará siempre llevando a destino seguro!

Truck was towed to a different auto shop that wanted to charge an outrageous amount for a thermostat replacement. I have had this issue on another vehicle and know he was trying to screw me. I called Sierra Auto Service and for starters, the woman who answered the phone was extremely friendly and helpful. After a short discussion I decided to tow my truck to Sierras and I’m so glad I did. I paid a VERY reasonable price and the work was completed in less than 24 hours. Would highly recommend, and will be taking my vehicles there in the future.

I came from out of state. Messed up calipers and brakes. The owner handle the situation with no appointment and price was very reasonable. Remind you,I’m very economical. Very friendly as well. Owner gets his hands dirty and it’s very knowledgeable.

really I know and I use this business for 17 years , is familiar, the mechanic Roger Sierra the owner has a lot of knowledge in the field, to me is excellent , and honest , I never pay more that the normal price, sometime give me service free ,because he know has to take care of their old customers, this place is the best to me , maybe is to look big but is honest and excellent work.to me this is sufficient. I recommend this business.

Went in to go get a price estimate on a fix up and the man refused due to the fact I went and got a price estimate at the place next door first . Terrible business, very unprofessional ! You do not decline a customer cause your buddies with your next door neighbor. His exact words “ you went to Tony’s first? Ok then you can go somewhere else I won’t do that “ not at all what I expected from a business . 👎👎👎

Excellent service. Roger did a diagnostic of my vehicle and explained the various issues in detail. He repaired it in a timely fashion and didn’t overcharge me like the estimates I had received at other shops. I highly recommend this auto repair shop.

Had an emergency with a blown radiator just before a meeting. A quick Google search led me to these guys who were close by and had some good reviews. I dropped the car and first thing the next morning I had a quote and a two hour turnaround time. They were fast, friendly and had honest prices. Not much more you can ask for.
