He was thorough with the inspection, patiently explaining each step and showing me what he found—or didn’t find—along the way. He advised me to return if I noticed any further issues. My dashboard tire light was on so I drove over 20 miles to Sierra tire shop because the service is unbeatable. Gio, is always professional, knowledgeable, he explain things to you, and gets the job done quickly. People were coming in left and right, he stayed calm, informed them of wait times and kept the crowd at ease. They were doing oil changes, brakes, and fixing tires too. Thanks Gio, for always getting my truck right. Highly Recommend for great automotive services.

My 2012 jeep overheated while touring AZ, it was towed to this shop. After a week of having my vehicle while I sat in a motel across the street,and a $4300.00+ bill, I had to return to the shop the following day with the same overheating issue. They replaced a $17.64 radiator cap, which was the cause of the overheating problem. Upon returning home, I had a local mechanic reinstall my factory original TIPM unit that I was told was defective. My vehicle has been trouble free since. They charged me$2281.02 forthe replacement TIPM,as well as $175.68 labor and a $200.00 core charge for my original part. They told me that they were installing an OEM Jeep TIPM unit, when they put in a rebuilt TIPM unit from MAK's ECM Rebuilders. In any event, it was not required to repair my vehicle, as the radiator cap was the problem. I did ask them to replace the radiator hoses and thermostat as preventative maintenance. The Sierra Service Center that scammed me was in Sierra Vista AZ, NOT in Chicago IL.

They are really good plus they get the job done as soon as you pull in but my only problem is they are high price on some mechanical work on the engine. I got a 02 Buick Century I needed a new belt put on,a tensioner pulley, and a alternator put on as well unfortunately I had to do it myself even though I knew it was super easy to do but they tried to charge me $250 to $300...😡🤬....From that Day on I became a DIYer typer of guy now but I still will go to their shop or others if I run into problems as Fars as mechanical work on Motor

Called looking for a quick oil change. Got quoted a legit price. There was no wait. Oil change was completed within 10-15 minutes. Mechanic took time to properly educate me on oil changes and their available services. Can tell the mechanic was born to do this job. Will most certainly be returning for additional services in the future.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME - I let the man with the ponytail try to fix my car and he made it worse. The owner is non accountable for her workers nor her so called woman owned business and it shows!!! Terrible place and people.

First come, first served. Got to love it. Alignment is way cheaper here than anywhere in Melrose Park so it's worth the drive. Nice people too.

What an amazing experience! I was able to come in as a walk in to have my 2 tires repaired on my Fiat 500 as well as failed emission check up. Cynthia offered amazing customer service. Raul and Gio's service on my car was so quick, and they explained everything to me in detail in very clear terms. I won't ever go to another auto shop, the honesty and customer care cannot be compared.

Guy absolutely knows what he's doing and the prices are amazing, a guy tried to charge my husband 3,000$ at suburban tires yesterday and today Sierra tire fixed it for under a 100$. They will be pur new mechanics, thank you so much

I bought 4 tires in this place one month ago and it was the worst experience ever, I got a flat tire 20 days after in the middle of the highway with no reason, obviously I didn't trust in the quality of the others tires and replace all of them on my own cost and asked for a refund which I didn't get. If you can avoid going to this place do it!

I've been to both locations over the years and gotten excellent, super fast service with tires and oil change. The techs are knowledgeable and explain to me what's going on. Really recommend them.
